The Directors are always available and responsive to questions a parent may have. Goddard seems to hold a higher standard for their teachers by the way they interact with students. For some, this is an opportunity to grow as an educator. I was impressed when my child was excited about showing me the letter they learned that day and how to write the letter.

Though being a new parent I didn’t know the proper questions to ask. Some mishaps did happen. I’m still ranking a 10 because the teachers, other staff, communication and just overall experience since starting have been amazing. Everyone adores our daughter and takes such good care of her. She lights up every day when we arrive. To know she is in good hands and learning and thriving is the most amazing feeling in the world as a first time mother. Day one was so hard but everyone was so sweet and empathetic. I am honestly so grateful we chose Goddard.

I hate to say this, however, I experienced Discrimination when I came to find out more information about the school. She should be thankful I forgot her name, which is why I didn’t call corporate, however, I came to the door and rang the bell. No one came to the door at first, but then a lady came to the door and asked if she can help us. I said “Yes, I am interested in putting my daughter in the private kindergarten classes.” Now, I just want to say, my daughter and I were standing outside in 90° Weather and she was standing inside talking to me through the doors. People are coming in and out of the building and I am still standing outside in 90° weather with my daughter. The lady then says “Sure let me get my laptop and I’ll be right with you”and closes the doors and leaves my daughter and I outside in the heat. I am wondering to myself “Why does she not let us inside to her office.” Now, When she comes back with her laptop to sign us up OUTSIDE, I ask “Why can’t I come inside” and she says “Oh, I’m sorry come on in.” I was highly upset felt so much anxiety. I was honest with the lady and told her, very respectful, I didn’t like what she did and she has me very anxious and being deployed for so many years as a US SOLDIER made my anxiety worse. My body took over me because of Her actions. There is a cause to every effect and she caused for me to feel that way, which she could of totally avoided by treating me differently.All she did do was apologize to me, which is why I say I was discriminated against, because there was no reason for that to be done, very belittling, unjust treatment and unprofessional.& I hate she made me feel that. I don’t want to deal with that again. So, after speaking to my husband, We Chose another school! Which has Much better Vibes and we’re Super Personable! If anyone wants to contact me on this situation, you have my email, as well as my number, on file.This is my experience, not saying it’s being done to everyone. If you love the school GREAT! BUT NOT I, not for my kids!

We love everything about The Goddard School in Harrisburg! The school itself is clean, colorful and fun. All of the administrative staff and teachers are highly capable, kind, professional and personable. We love the tadpoles app and receiving thorough updates on our children's day and their progress. Our children are excited to go to school everyday and we are always blown away by how much they are learning. We would 100% recommend The Goddard School.

Our daughter has attended The Goddard School in Linglestown for three years and we couldn't be happier! The facilities, teachers and staff are top-notch. She has loved every teacher she's had there and she bounds out of the car, eager to get inside every day! We are so impressed with their curriculum, parental communication, effective discipline/classroom management and, more recently, their health and safety precautions. We are so thankful every day that our daughter is getting a fabulous education, having fun and making friends. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I havn’t had a good experience with this school. My three years son turns back to one year stage because of the lack of proffesionalism and unwellcoming way that there teachers have . I have to withdraw my son and place him in another school. I will not advise any one to join this place.

We can’t say enough good things about this school and wouldn’t want our kids anywhere else. Stacey and her staff are always so welcoming and greet us each day with smiles on their faces. The kids learn and do activities everyday to help their development and every teacher is always engaged and knows our kids even if they haven’t had them in their room. They truly go out of their way to make our experience as fantastic as possible and we are so grateful for the staff at this location. Thank you for all that you do for my children and the calmness I have when they are there because I know they are in great hands!

The daycare owner is great person she know how to promote for her business, but unfortunately the teachers are not and even they're not welcoming the kid in the classroom and they are not doing any effort for comfort in the child . In 3 years old class they put ur child in dipper and the excuse for that to prevent any accident , even if you requeste not . My advice for ever mom had child with special needs do not don't put ur child with them he is not going to have any attention.The worst is the director when I told her that I will withdraw my son from the daycare, she didn't asked me about the reason why??? She just care about the fees of the month , which shocked me that I know it's business but you deal with human beings.

The Goddard School at Harrisburg location is amazing. I live in a small town that has daycares but not nearly as great as The Goddard School. The owner of the Harrisburg location is the most sweetest, kind, caring lady ever. Always has a smile on her face when you walk in the doors greeting the people. My son is 11 months and started in the infant room since he can't walk just yet. The teachers in the classroom are amazing. They talk about how the child's day went and what they did etc. The school also sends out daily reports showing the times for everything and what he did. I never been to a school/daycare where in the infant room they use gloves to feed the babies, wash their hands after changing their diapers, and just overall being very clean. Very very good school/daycare I would highly recommend to anyone!. Thanks for being so great with my son.

Amazing! The staff at Goddard School in Harrisburg have been passionate about identifying and meeting the needs of our special dude. They have gone beyond our expectations to include him and engage him in classroom activities and to help support our efforts to prepare him for greatness. We are blessed to have landed in their care.

My daughter has been going to school here for 4 years and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. Every teacher I have come in contact with has been great to deal with and the director and management staff have always been more than kind to our family. I feel that my daughter will be more than prepared for elementary school when it is time for her to go.

The Goddard School Harrisburg is the premier location for early childhood education. Every day I leave my children with a smile on my face- confident they are safe, happy and gaining the foundations to guarantee their future success.The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and always willing to lend a helping hand during the hustle and bustle of drop off or pick-ups. The facilities are secure, comfortable, clean and chock full of objects that provide multisensory stimulation.My children felt at home from the first day of attendance through the 5th year. I couldn't be more fortunate. My children love Goddard School Harrisburg as well as their Teachers. I personally recommend this facility to any parent seeking exceptional care and engaging activities.
