terrible customer service , the website ticker will automatically change your order price in reflection with what they are currently selling for unless u turn it off so be ware of that .slow updates on stocks ticker and cost basis .will accept trades for higher then stock is going for without warning in the case your number gets change automatically via there terribly designed interface

I had to deal with them after my father passed away because I was a beneficiary on his account. They did not make it easy, I would get a different answer of what needed turned in or done to proced in the process from each employee I talked to. It took way longer than it should have because they either didn't know what they were doing or just didn't want to give up a little bit of money.

TD Ameritrade restricts important 3 hours of pre-market trading. Instead of allowing trading to begin at 4AM - when trading actually begins - they restrict their customers to begin trading at 7AM instead, thus preventing retail customers from benefiting from buying or selling rising or falling equity prices.

Hidden fees, I was with Scottrade. Unfortunately this Company Bought them out. I HATE td ameritrade don't trust or open a account with this stock Broker . They are CROOKS!!!
