Beautiful clothes from petite to women's. Check online to know when they have sales. If you order online they take returns. Awesomely FRIENDLY staff, helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer off the top of your head they'll get it for you in a minute or 2. Love this store!

I made a style appointment with Kaitlin F. She is absolutely amazing. Her vision of my requests was right on point. Her approach is low key and her product knowledge makes the experience smooth and effortless. Best shopping trip I have ever had.

I was never greeted by a sales associate after entering the store. After I had so many clothes to try on that they became too heavy and still no sales person offered to start a dressing room for me, I entered the fitting room area, found a sales person and asked if there was a dressing room available. So disappointed that the customer service at this Talbots is not what I am accustomed to as a long time customer.

Beautifully laid out and clean.I walked in impromptu as I needed as sweater. I left home for work not realizing how cold it actually was. I wasn't feeling well so I stopped at the Starbucks next door to get a medicine ball after which I ran in here to find a sweater.I walked in and said good moring, the 3 sales ladies replied but had dismissive tone. I played ot off and inquired where the sweaters were as I was headed to work and didn't want to spend too much time browsing. One sales lady took me immediately to the clearance rack. I asked if their sweaters were all on clearance and if this was the reason for taking me to clearance. Sje smilled and said no. Then I said what about that which you're wearing l like that style, she then went to the front of the store and retrieved it. Sje then preceeded tp tell me the price without me asking? feeling myself getting annoyed I then picked put a couple other pieces and headed to the counter. Realizing cost was not an issue thry now offered to telle about personalized fitting amd styling appointments and the fake friendliness came out. I paid for purchase even donating to their dress for success charty drive.I don't want to say it was a racially profiled interaction or a situation where I'm in scrubs just looking like a regular Joe shmo... no diamonds on my fingers or in my ears kinda thing.I deaf think this location's staff could benefit from diversity training.Tablets have always been a favorite of mine. I will however not be patronizing this particular location again,which is. Shame as it's along my daily commute route.

Today, I was shopping in Talbots at the Susquehanna Shops location. It was a 90 degree day with high humidity. We walked into the store and noticed the temperature in the store was very high. I thought the air conditioning was malfunctioning but, the store manager had every door open. Her thought process was it would entice shoppers to enter the store. We had difficulty trying clothes on due to the hot environment. The manager noticed how hot we were and gave us bottled warm water. Also we stopped shopping and paid for a couple of items. We were so relieved to turn the car's A.C. on to cool down on a 90 degree day. What are you thinking. Next time we will shop on the West shore.

Usually this store is very nice but I had a horrible experience yesterday: .I had a return and walked all over the store and none asked if they could assist me. I also had questions abt merchandise availability. Again, noone checked on me. Finally I went up to 2 young sales associates who were talking. They didn't stop even though I was right there. I had to say "excuse me" to get them to talk to me. If this were my first experience in the store, I'd never go back. ImI very surprised and disappointed.
