One of the worst services I have ever had! Horrible service! I had a flat tire, and it took four hours for them to start working on my truck while all the guys were just talking and walking around.

This has been my spot to stop for many years. The four oaks and the trimmed lawn are opposite the restaurant. I had a great dinner, Shannon was my server and approached with a big smile! My order was perfect, and the meatloaf plate was awesome. Quan was very courteous and professional, and my shower room was spotless! Jessie at the fuel desk was helpful and eager to solve my card problem (I know, right? When does this happen, lol).
Thanks for a great experience! These folks always impress ?

Restrooms are in a very bad shape, always water on the floor. Half of the fuel pumps are not working or have very low pressure. Also, after spending $700 in fuel and merchandise, the cashier, aggressively demanded $2 for a cup of coffee. Taking my business to other locations/ chains.

This review is about the Country Pride Restaurant inside the TA
I will never order food here again. Ann the sever tonight was super rude not only to me while I was in the restaurant but other customers as well! She kept walking away while several customers were trying to place their orders
I wanted a side salad with my order and was told all the salad was bad! Then I was still trying to place my order and she walked away leaving part of my order off my tab! When she handed me my check for my to go order I noticed the mistake but had to wait for her to come back to tell her. She grabs my check off the counter and says I will fix it but rudely. When I got my food and left I got out to my truck and all of our food had a sour taste. Chicken friend steak, sirloin steak , mashed potatoes and gravy scrambled eggs and hash browns all tasted sour. All the food was cold Nope I didn’t go back in she was that bad rude won’t eat here ever again

If this place would ever maintenance their fuel pumps i think it would be an unforseen miracle!! Like if this isn't a sign that instead of the loitering around the fuel island that the mechanics do, that maybe they could CHANGE THE FUEL PUMP FILTERS.... ?♂️

Tire service great but the waitress working right now tried to steal 5 dollars for a tip. I would have just gave it to her. But when I asked about she said no your go never mind I got a to go order. I believe her name was christen. See took my receipt and didn’t give it back. Actually I’m going back in to talk to somebody. I gave the 5 she was trying to steal to the mechanic that replaced my tire she still keep my 78cents

It’s at a pretty good location. Didn’t have to wait too long at the shops. My only issue is this spot looks like the hotspot for the locals to dump their trucks especially during the weekends. They should be paying for a reserve spot since they’re not staying at the truckstop and buying stuff.

Extremely rude counter people kinda ridiculous to work somewhere that you hate and just be miserable to literally everyone in there. People just come in for services that are provided by the shop leave your attitude at home.

Don't go to the Country Pride for overpriced garbage food. Ordered orange chicken meal with rice and it was no better than a TV dinner. You're better off getting something from in the TA hot case or a hot dog. Don't waste your money, drivers.

I commend the service department for their exceptional customer service and professionalism. Despite spending three days getting my truck repaired, which is frustrating for a driver as it results in lost revenue, the staff's ability to quickly diagnose the issue helped me stay calm and patient.
Melissa, Herb, Nicky, Tina, and Nick were particularly helpful.
