And Great Communication, Too...Our designers love imagining gorgeous kitchens and baths...And, thanks to their finely-honed skills, education, and experience, they’re well-equipped to bring your dreams to life."As suggested I met with one of the members of Swartz Harrisburg PA "design team". In spite of the fact that I am must use walkers and canes to walk, I painfully got in and out of my car to visit their "DESIGNER" at his office and at HIS convivence to ask for some HELP! I asked for ROUGHS/IDEAS in the form of hand drawings for a bath/shower conversion. I followed up our meeting by supplying photos he requested.HE/SWARTZ COMPLETELY SNUBBED ME...NEVER INITIATED ANY COMMUNICATION WITH ME...NO DRAWINGS...NO LIST OF PRODUCTS...NO DESIGN REFERALLS,...NOTHING...COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME ! HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS or any human being ...especially one that is handicap and made extra special efforts to make his request totally convenient for HIM and SWARTZ. CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING is desperately needed...FORMER CUSTOMER THAT WILL NEVER BUY FROM SWARTZ AGAIN

Thank you to Jason Brooks for walking with us through our laundry room renovation. We appreciated how he communicated both in person and through email in all stages of the project. He was knowledgeable about his product lines and found us the right solution for our needs and budget.

During our bathroom remodel we chose to stop at Swartz Kitchen and Bath as all of the cabinets in our home are Merillat brand cabinets from Swartz and have held up well over the 20 years we've been in our house. When I went in to get an estimate I was told that we would need to put down a $150 deposit that was non-refundable, however it would be applied toward our purchase if we bought from Swartz. I would have left had it not been for Karina Roth stepping in to say that she would be happy to help us and waive the fee. Karina was not only friendly, professional and courteous but very quick with her estimates and correspondence. Swartz pricing did not come in as the best pricing, however since Karina was so enjoyable to work with we decided to purchase through Swartz. I would highly recommend Karina Roth if shopping at Swartz.

I called in to inquire about service and while they unfortunately didn’t provide what I needed, the woman I spoke to was kind enough to talk through potential options of who I could call. Grade A customer service even though they knew I wouldn’t be a customer of theirs today.

The listing gives public hours, the door says "open to the public", but they are still doing by appointment only foolishness even after the tyranny has abated from the governor. Update your listing and make a correction so people don't drive there thinking you're a real public business. ?

They have a clearance section where they sell all of their removed display kitchen and bath items. You'll find granite wet bars and all sorts of cabinets at a fraction of the retail price. You won't be sorry you checked out this place. Make sure you ask to be taken to the clearance warehouse by the loading dock.

Claudia Ruello ,our design consultant at Swartz Kitchens and Baths was extremely helpful and resourceful with our project to replace our kitchen. counter top. Classic Rock the supplier invited me to view the pieces of quartz in their warehouse. Within two visits to our home the templet was made and the counter top was installed. The team from Classic Rock were great as well. I highly recommend Swartz Kitchens and Baths for any project that you might have.

We bought our new home, and found ourselves in need for new toilets in our bathrooms. We went to another local company, and were not thrilled with their service. Someone recommended Swartz to us as we needed to special order a toilet. We were beyond lucky to have been paired with Claudia. She was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and fun to work with. She picked up very quickly that my fiancé and I like to joke and have a good time. She was right there with us. We were extremely happy with our experience with Claudia. Fast forward a few months and we find ourselves with a busted pipe (oh the joys of homeownership). We made the decision to remodel our bathroom since we needed to bust open a wall anyway. We knew right away that our first call would be to Claudia! She helped us in every aspect. Claudia is truly a gem.I joke that I am going to start breaking things around my house so that I can go back and see Claudia, but in all seriousness, we will NEVER go anywhere else. Swartz will be our go to for all our kitchen/bath needs.I HIGHLY recommend Swartz, and Claudia for all your needs. The Swartz team is amazing.Service: Remodelling

I would certainly not recommend using Swartz Kitchen & Baths for any project...Unless you are OK with a company that takes your money and hides when there is an issue.We are currently in the middle of a kitchen project...I say currently because this project should have been complete 6 weeks ago but we are still waiting for a standard sized pantry cabinet in the super custom color of "white"!!!In the beginning of July we had our Merilatt kitchen cabinets delivered. When Swartz's driver did an inventory check with my contractor he said one cabinet did not pass quality control and we would have a new cabinet sent to us in 10 business days.....I was there to hear him say this so it wasn't 2nd hand information from my contractor.Mistakes and accidents happen and given the overall scope of the project there was plenty of time to get the cabinet to us before it was needed so my contractor proceeded. I was very happy that there was some level of quality control at the factory and they did not just ship out a damaged cabinet.Here is where the story quickly goes south. As the project moved forward we were getting closer to needing the pantry cabinet and well past the "10 business days." Our Sales person Cliff, who we really liked, left the company and it was as if we were dropped as a customer. There were multiple calls into Swartz (to Gwen and others) by our contractor about the status of the pantry. They showed ZERO sense of urgency and had no real information that we could use. At no time were they ever proactive about reaching out to us or our contract. We were constantly chasing them for information.I get that in this age of COVID things are delayed but the factory is open making cabinets and they were able to get all my other cabinets out to me. How is it possible that I'm waiting longer for one cabinet than I waited for all the other cabinets??FINALLY we got word that the pantry would be delivered and they would be bringing it to my home. Awesome...longer than we wanted but who cares this project is finally coming to an end. When they opened the box there was one door missing and the other door was dinged...…Are you kidding me?!?!?! This appears to be the same cabinet that did not pass QC because it was damaged and looked filthy from sitting in a warehouse.The past few days we've been waiting for yet another update on when we can expect to receive this standard white pantry cabinet and have heard nothing back. I can not convey to you how poor their Customer Service is. They were all smiles when we decided to move forward with the Merilatt Masterpiece collection but they have been awful to work with on the issue of our missing cabinet.So as the calendar flips to September and my kids are about to go back to school below is what my kitchen currently looks like 6 weeks after it should have been complete!! We've done many significant home improvement projects over the years and this is without question the worst experience we have ever had. My recommendation would be to find another company to work with.Service: Remodelling
