I purchased a used vehicle yesterday, January 24, 2024. The salesman was easy to work with and there was no pressure. Same with the finance guys. I very pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.

The staff and the mechanics were great. as usual. I liked the video as well. Not sure why the actuator doesn't lock the fuel flap when the door is locked like it used to......I have bought 4 vws from Sutliff over the last 15 years. This part is a nightmare -- no easy way to get to it, so if you are low on gas and in a tough place, the only way to open it is to pry it open which means anywhere between 3 and 500 dollars. Online the word is that it is relatively common to happen. Either someone has to warranty it, or someone has to design a way to release the actuator easily. Its a joke. Not sutliffs fault. VWs. It will be online soon so that any and every potential VW owner knows.....

I was able to get my car serviced quickly. Everyone at Sutliff is very nice, professional and easy to deal with. Luke Friel is a tremendous help to me regarding questions about the computer system of the vehicle and helps me trouble shoot until we figure it out. He is very patient and kind!

I am not so sure this is dealership related as they have been reasonably accommodating, hence the 3. I'd give them more of a 4 compared to other dealerships such as Sun BMW, Lehman Volvo, or Rahal Honda. The 2022 Tiguan however would get a 1.I have had consistent issues with the car since new. Sputtering on startup, error code once for fuel system issue, a driver seat that refuses to hold the preset, a head unit that frequently requires a "restart" to function, Travel Assist not currently available error messages, and now a brake pedal that sounds like a squeaky toy. Most of which I am told is software-related. This time they updated the software on the head unit, time will tell if that is fixed. I have to return to have a steering wheel replaced to possibly fix the Travel Assist. At what point do I get a sizeable credit for a replacement vehicle? Working on my last VW after owning 4.

Go in for warranted oil change and tire rotation, ask for a ride to work 21 minutes away they can't do it one there is no shuttle driver 2 because it was more than 15 minutes. I'll gladly find a new VW dealership to have my vehicle serviced. What great customer service.

I think quality of service both for my car and from the staff as a customer is very good. I’m so happy with the service center! They have good availability for appointments and get the service done quickly. The communication while my car was being serviced is impeccable. I was very impressed by the video that was sent to me. It was a little disappointing that the after hours kiosk was broken when I tried to drop off, but the next day it appeared they fix that.

I had an issue with my VW Passat TDI add blue (DEF) system and needed to find a service station near where I work in Harrisburg because the computer system advised no restart possible in 50 miles. The guys at Sutliff were able to work me into their schedule and quickly diagnose and repair my Passat faster than I have ever experienced with any other shop. Jeff and his team treated me very well, and I am super happy with the overall experience. I will definitely use this shop for future maintenance and repairs. I highly recommend them.

My last vehicle was purchased at Ciccoa VW in Allentown and after my experience at Sutliff, I can say these dealers are not even on the same planet. Dave at Sutliff hooked me up! I am extremely pleased with the customer service, the professionalism as well as the price of my new vehicle. Things flowed so easily and I was able to come in sign and drive. Thank you!

I did NOT have a good experience and probably won’t be back.Inspection failed due to headlight tint but nobody could tell me that PRIOR to me having to pay for the inspection. Courtesy to say that we haven’t started but this but your lights are illegal would have been nice. I was also informed a few months ago I’ll need tires at inspection so I took time out and of my day to call a few days in advance to make sure they were ordered and available and when I got to the inspection, nobody mentioned not having tires until I was sitting there for two hours. I was not happy about any of this and had to leave with my car, out inspection money and NO TIRES. I’m over the disappointment with this location and will not be back.

Bought a used diesel about 120,000 miles on it. As a former diesel owner I know how important timing belt is. I specifically asked if it was changed at 80k, because paper work they had stopped at 76. They said it was changed and they could give me the information...months later I call and Said I looked in the packet, couldn't find 80k belt change. I get a voicemail..Oh I don't recall telling you the belt was changed ....100% My fault for trusting the saleman...But Sutliffs shouldnt employ sales people who are untruthful.

Bought a diesel with 120k miles. Being a diesel owner. I know the importance of timing belt being changed around 80k miles and was assured it had been done. Fast forward several months and I called because I couldn't locate paperwork for belt. Get a vm " I don't recall telling you belt was changed and we have nothing to indicate it was". My fault for trusting salesperson, Sutliff fault for exploring untruthful sales people. GET EVERYTHING 100% IN WRITING..DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD..

The buying experience was fast and I did come in kind of knowing what I wanted to get but I really was not told about any vehicle features until after I had purchased the car. Luke was extremely helpful going over everything at that point.

There are many places to go for a car here in the Harrisburg area, what matters most, what stands out is service. Customer service.From minute one on the lot, the service I received here at Sutliff VW has been top notch.The salesman who assisted me, Dave, was transparent, straightforward, and very helpful. The sales and finance managers were upfront, answered all my questions, and made the ever-dreaded paperwork process as quick and painless as possible.I got the car I wanted, I got a fair price, and I got the amount I wanted for my trade.I think, the longest amount of time I may have waited was after the sale when they were detailing my car and filling up the gas tank. Everything went that smoothly and quickly.Even after the sale, the service and follow-up I've received have been excellent.I would absolutely recommend Sutliff VW.I'm hoping I won't need to buy another car again for a very long time, but if I do, I'd absolutely buy from here again.

We are long time customers of Sutliff VW and are always treated very well. This was a routine maintenance with no surprises. My shuttle pilot, Fred Marshall was a lot of fun to ride with.
