This service center will lie and scam you. After getting spark plugs done here, my check engine light came on. I went with my gut and took it to another mechanic who discovered the spark plug was installed backwards which caused a coil to burnout. Do NOT service your car here! They target customers who do not know anything about cars!! Do NOT give them any business!!!

Only purchase a vehicle from here if you wish to be continually harassed 3 years later to purchase a new car via phone/email/mail. Asked them to stop but a year later I am still receiving spam from them.
Edit: 8 years later and I am still receiving unsolicited spam from this business despite telling them to stop. They clearly do not care about privacy.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dealership. My car broke down in the middle of Front Street in Harrisburg yesterday while I was beginning a 6 hr road trip alone with my 2 year old. After my freak out, I had my car towed right to sutliff. They had me in and out and on my way in just around an hour with no notice. Not to mention they were so sweet and professional. It was just a dead battery but I made it home no problem and wasn't worried a bit thanks to their amazing service. I've now bought 2 VWs from them and have had nothing but incredible experiences. My husband loves to hate on dealerships, but even he makes an exception for Sutliff VW. He'll admit that we've saved more money getting quality vehicles and service here than trying to get cheaper rates with mechanics or poorer quality cars that are slightly less expensive ? we love you guys so much! Keep up the great work and I look forward to getting my next new VW from you in a few years, even though I now live out of state and will have to drive 6 hrs to do business. WORTH IT. ❤️

Purchased a brand new 2022 Tiguan and have had nothing but issues since 1 month after purchase. Have taken it to the dealership or called about issues at least 1x a month for the last 2 years. I’ve attempted to work with VW on a buyback over the last 2 years and they refused to do anything claiming that my issues couldn’t be verified. The issues have been everything from electrical malfunctions to poor driving quality, all of which happen at random. I’ve taken photos and videos to prove the issues exists and shared that it’s not likely these would be discovered on a brief test drive of the vehicle due to experiencing them at random. The times they have been able to replicate the issues they’ve claimed some other unrelated cause. One of the issues they claimed the same thing for months until VW released a repair order for it then they finally determined my entire steering wheel needed replaced. It took aprox. 4-6 months for this work to do be done. A few months later the issue returned and they claimed they couldn’t repair because they had already replaced the steering wheel. No one at the local dealership or VW corporate will do anything to get me out of this nightmare car as the same issues continue to persist. It appears VW quality and service has deteriorated significantly.

The staff at Sutliff was very straightforward and professional. Right down to the gentleman who delivered the car. Everyone was helpful, answered questions in a direct manner, and worked hard to get issues resolved.

My experience with Sutliff VW was exceptional from start to finish. Unlike many other dealerships, they took my internet inquiry seriously and placed high value on my time as a customer. They were honest, upfront, and transparent with pricing. I drove over 150 miles to buy a car from Sutliff, and would do it all over again without hesitation. We were recommended this dealership after having a not-so-great experience at Autohaus. The process was simple, the service was great, and the staff was so friendly. We came to a happy medium with our trade in without having to go through the back and forth negotiations. We live in Lancaster and are 5 min away from the VW dealership but the drive to this location is so worth it.

Absolutely love this Volkswagen dealership better than the mechanicsburg location I have been coming to this one for year always clean customer service is always great friendly and welcoming I will not go anywhere else to have my car serviced I love this place I bring all my vw here
