This was the dirtiest hotel we have every stayed at. Carpet and drapes haven't been replaced in many years. Mold in the bathroom ceiling. The AC had the worst musty smell, not good for people breathing this in. We had 12 familys staying and all rooms are as described as above.

Bed was way to soft for me. Breakfast left ALOT to be desired. Not good at all. Very noisy location. Will be staying elsewhere next trip.

Room smells like wet dog ? hallway and elevator carpets are extremely stained and smell bad too

Staff was great! Rooms were very clean and pleased with the kitchenette.
The breakfast was good as well. No complaints at all!

Staybridge Suites in Hershey/Harrisburg Pennsylvania was an amazing hotel. It was very clean !!! The rooms were beautiful ❤️ spacious, luxurious , very accommodating and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel !!!

I did not have an issue here. Room was clean, and the service was good. The breakfast was adequate no issue there. Perfect location for where I needed to be. The only thing I would add is a little more variety in the mini market area.

We had a great experience staying at the Staybridge Suites. The room was very nice, the breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly. Especially Iris, who was a big help and a big smile during breakfast times.

We had a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites in Harrisburg, PA. The room was spacious, the price was reasonable and the location was perfect for visting Hersheypark. The real gem, however, is your kitchen staff. Iris and Denise are sweethearts, treating everyone like family. Iris in particular was very kind, and accomodating to both of my sons, making custom waffles for each of them, making sure to greet us each day and asking them how their day went at Hersheypark. We highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in the area.

My God, in my life I had never felt so comfortable with the excellent treatment of the staff, Spanish is spoken, the rooms are extremely clean, large, it has its own cook with utensils, pots, well, in short, you are not going to regret it, by the way, here I am right now enjoying of the pool and its gym
