Bought a sectional from them during the end of the “Covid” shortage. The sectional we picked out was said to be built in North Carolina and wasn’t their cheapest option. Needless to say, after 6 months of waiting we finally received the product. I knew it was going to be a long wait and was okay with that. We received the sectional and within one month the inside and outside arm collapsed from normal usage. It almost felt like there was cardboard used for the structure of it and the wood seemed as thin as paint sticks. Fast forward to today, we have a new couch ordered, elsewhere, and I decided to cut open the collapsed sectional to see what made it fail so quick. My guess was correct. Wood about as thick as paint stir sticks and cardboard used to shape the end arms. I can’t believe that anyone would even sell this as made in the USA. I’m not one to write reviews but I tried to call the store and emailed twice when the arms originally collapsed and never heard anything back. I figured they would have said it’s my fault but as you can see in the pictures, this couch wouldn’t last for looking at, let alone actually sitting. Please beware of the absurdly low quality they are selling.**Update** “Tried to call” means no one answered or returned a call to me after someone said they would look into it. If you can “guarantee” that you didn’t receive an email, I’ll screen shot the one I sent on 8/24/22 and 8/26/22( because I never heard from you on 8/24/22 I forwarded the same email I sent two days later.)That style of an arm is not made from a sliver of wood and tiny cardboard on other sectionals. Literally, the whole sofa fell apart, the back broke that connects to the seat portion. It was/is complete junk. Again, I can’t reiterate enough, I have never felt or seen a couch arm so brittle in my entire life, everyone who came over and saw it couldn’t believe how flimsy it was. When you pay $2,261, one month of normal use and falling apart is not acceptable.Since this happened I went furniture shopping too many times. I was so concerned with the arms of couches I checked every single one like I had some sort of trust issues. Well I do have furniture trust issues because of the customer service and quality of furniture at Sofa Selections of Harrisburg. Whoever is responding to the comments, check 8/24/22 and 8/26/22 for the email, a late response is better than no response, even an almost 2 year late response.

The customer service was great. I love my recliners. They even helped me out by putting in a wand to power the chair I use, since I'm to short to reach the button on the side. I'm looking forward to buying from them again in the future. They reasonable with pricing.

This is the ONLY place I will buy furniture! The customer survice is excellent, they truly go above and beyond. I purchased my first sofa from them many years ago. Since then I have bought my uncle's living room suit there, a sofa, recliner, and lift-top table for my mother, as well as another sofa and 2 gliders for myself. When my sister had surgery, I bought her an electric recliner. I was concerned how my sister would manage alone, and they manually added a remote so she would be able to get in and out of it more easily. I could never begin to express how much I appreciate them treating my family like their own! They are always so incredibly nice whenever I have delt with any of the staff at both locations!!!

We purchased a section for a little over $1300 on 5/10/2022 and had it delivered. It is now 1/16/23. The sofa material has been unraveling since week one of purchase. Now the frame is coming apart. I spoke to a women in a he HBG store today. She told me the couch manufacturer is out of business now and there was nothing she could do. She even admitted there was an issue with the fabric on the model we bought. They sold it to us knowing this. I asked for a store credit to get a replacement she said no that they would be out of business if they did that for everyone. I said a partial refund . She said no. She said why should they take the loss. I said why should I? She was extremely rude. If you are looking at furniture there I suggest you keep shopping. They definitely are not looking out for their customers. I so upset about being sold absolute JUNK!!!! My picture is of one small section of a cushion the entire couch looks this way.

First, I love the friendly service. I feel welcome, comfortable, and I know they listen to me when explaining what I am shopping for. I bought a sectional seven plus years ago, have a large family and large dog- the couch still looks amazing. I returned to buy a small, sleeper couch. Again, totally happy with product. I recommend friends and family to shop Sofa Selections.

Don’t buy anything from here, especially don’t ask to flip over a couch for damage on the bottom. Known for selling defective couches that nobody else wanted. GREG AND AMY ARE RUDE AND THEIR BEHAVIOR IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I’m so sorry to whoever crossed paths with Amy or Greg. Quite embarrassing.

Sofa Selections has very pleasant staff who seem honest and do not use any high pressure tactics. However when we purchased two Klaussner leather sofas there about four years ago we expected much better quality. These are used only by my husband and I cared for appropriately. Both have problem areas at the same place between the cushion which reclines and the stationary center cushion. On one there is a 15\" x 1\" peel area and in the same area on the other, not as bad but worsening. Their tech came to adjust them and after inspecting them reported to us he had never seen this on another sofa. To add insult to injury we were charged $63 for the visit by the main office. The gentleman I spoke to and sent pictures to in their main office was very nice but clearly has no concern that we paid nearly $5k four years ago for this furniture tha has such poor quality, telling me the manufacturer warrants for just one year. (I might note my leather sofa i got rid of to replace with these, was 15 years old with no similar imperfections.)Very very disappointed. I feel like there may be no real recourse other than filing with the Better Business Bureau.

Great find. The store sits up on the hill so it's easy to miss. Prices are very reasonable and the customer service from the girls is excellent. The furniture is very good quality, unlike some other furniture stores and I would much rather buy from someone who is willing to give me all the info, instead of someone who is just pushing a sale. I love this store!

This message is in regard to your complaint submitted on 10/4/2021 against Sofa Selections. Your complaint was assigned ID 15987884.We have written to the firm referenced above on two previous occasions. Since we have not received a reply to our requests for a response, a final notice will be sent to the company today.This is how bad sofa selections is....buyer beware they won't even respond to the BBB knowing they are in the wrong and refuse to correct the situation.

Customer service is horrible and they do not stand by the manufacturer warranty. Couch has been nothing but a problem from day one device that reclines the sofa has broken 2 times in less than a year. Been many problems with owner and now he refuses to honor warranty. Will be calling BBB and Best to report.That's because you sell junk in your store that has not worked properly since day one and after a year of dealing with it I'm done!

Good prices! Friendly, very helpful, informed owners of this family business, not pushy at all service. We're getting our sofa and love seat there. The Jonestown Rd. address is their back store entrance, so don't let the looks fool you.
