Amazing Customer service! I haven't been here in a while but Came in with an issue I was having with a vape from a different Shop, and I forget the name of the gentleman you guys had working tonight ( I'm sorry ?). But he did amazing job hooking me up with a new vape and juice that I am 1000x happier with! Will for sure be here normally for now on! ???

Was a loyal, frequent customer for 2 years. Then today, I bought a product that I didn't realize was a cannabis derivative (which I can't take) took it back in, 5 minutes after purchasing (product unopened) and they refused to exchange it for another product...which was stupid since now that'll be the last product I ever buy from them. Hopefully they read their reviews and will take me out of their system because I'll never be back. The point discounts are much better at Cloud Jammer anyway.
