Truck broke down between Texas and Vermont and this hotel is less than 2 miles from where it's getting fixed. Suite was nice for a 2 day stay with the two of us WFH while "stuck" here. Breakfast is nice and well stocked. Kept clean. Room well maintained. Art is nice. Staff even allowed us a delayed departure which was super helpful.

Super clean and staff super friendly. Indoor pool seemed to be enjoyed by others. Staff promptly addressed a repair issue. Breakfast buffet also very varied offerings and clean. Short drive to downtown, Hershey Park or Farm Show.

Clean Spacious Rooms, Very High Ceilings. Only a few min drive to Hershey and Surrounding Areas.

There is ants in every room they don't clean well nor spray. We were moved to 3 rooms in 1 night because of ants. They don't care about it and don't do much about it. Pool is cold and breakfast is probably most decent. Wouldn't recommend. They need to clean better and spray each room with bug spray and dust and truly clean. We aren't coming back. Some mattresses are old and have stains and stuff. My girl has pictures of all this as well.Rooms: Had ants and they don't clean well

Clean airy rooms, good basic breakfast, i was particularly impressed with Arjun at the front desk. He was courteous, and went out of his way to make me feel welcome. His hospitality and people skills would make him an ideal manager of any hotel. Its wonderful to see young people.with such potential.

Indoor pool closed. Bed was nice and comfy. Door key stopped working the front desk made a new one with no hassel. Very friendly. Room was nice. Was not expexting it to be this nice.

The hotel was generally basic but nothing to really complain as I knew when booking what I was paying for.The Front desk was really accommodating as there were several families stuck due to the snow storm and the front desk staff was mindful and let us use their dining areas and provided a lot of the basic toiletries.Rooms were clean and the shower pressure and bathrooms were all relatively good (looks like depending on your rooms you might have a different experience based on other reviews).

I stay here once a year to judge a competition and since last year no improvements have been done. I judge a hotel mostly on their fitness center. I went to the gym this morning and all they have is a treadmill, elliptical, and bike. The tread mill wouldn't run even though it was turned on and the shelf to hold things was broken off, the elliptical's right hand grab was ready to fall off, there were NO towels on the shelf to use, there is a hole in the ceiling that was there last year, the floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in days or the trash emptied. The pool was closed again just like last year. The carpets in the hallways are filthy. the walls need painted. The doors are all chipped up. The showers were slightly more then a trickle. The breakfast was extremely poor. If it wasn't for the fact that the competition host team paid the bill I would of demanded a refund. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. This hotel is basic, but it was a good value for the price. It would be a fine choice if you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay!

Nice large room, everything clean and quiet. Very easy access to a main road. Good breakfast buffet, including eggs and waffles. Would definitely stay here again.Rooms: Spacious room, with lights, outlets, refrigerator and microwave. Two beds, easy chair and a desk. Very pleased with the value for the price.

It's ok. The room was big. We had a single king. The refrigerator didn't fit under the counter, and the door stuck every time we opened and closed it. Stand in the hallway carpet and need some maintenance. Filled in holes in the walls and some rot around the tub. The room appeared clean; it just needed maintenance. The AC worked well and wasn't loud.The guy checking us in / out was not terribly friendly or fast. His counterpart a few hours later was much friendlier and helpful.They serve "hot" breakfast. Lukewarm instant eggs and steamed sausage patties. Make your own waffles. Coffee but no tea. Some yogurt and cold pastries.It was very quiet both at night and in the morning. There is an indoor pool. We didn't go in, so we don't know if it's heated.
