“Store owner Andrew was extremely friendly and helpful when I came in looking to replace a pair of old red wing boots that I loved. He was able to get me squared away quickly and had great customer service. I definatly will be a customer for life. Redwing boots are comfy, reliable and protective for any blue collar worker. Highly recommend this store!”

“If I could give more stars I would!I went in earlier this week and my shoes had so many holes in them that my toes were coming out!The sweet lady listen to my feet issues and she helped me find the perfect pair! I even had luck with a 2nd pair.My feet haven't felt this good in a long time!I left my old shoes there because they send them off to be recycled into playground mulch. How awesome is that!Thanks so much for everything. I can't wait to bring in my husband to find him a pair of new shoes!”

“I like shopping at the rainbow store uptown bcuz they play music I can relate to it's soothing to shop with familiar songs playing out loud, but the rainbow on the hill plays Puerto Rican music loud and it's disturbing, bcuz for one we are not in Puerto Rica we are in Harrisburg Pennsylvania and majority of women who shop rainbow in Harrisburg are black, so if u want our money you will have to accommodate us, we won't have it any other way, that's why I don't see ppl goin in and out of the rainbow on the hill like u do the rainbow uptown, plus Harrisburg is predominantly black and imma hillgurl so I need my beats that I can relate to while I'm spending my money, ( I spend more when I think your accommodating me) AND I LUV TO SHOP!!”
“Went out of their way!!! My 4 year old granddaughter is level 3 autistic non verbal and over stimulated but needed shoes. My daughter went in explained and they came out and let her try on a pair for size right in her car seat. Best shopping experience.. going above and beyond!!!!”

“They must have made some improvements, because I've had great experiences every time since my first visit two years ago. Nothing close to what the previous reviews indicate. There's a nice variety of quality merchandise, too. Online order returns are easy here as well, but I recommend starting the process on the website and bringing the printed confirmation. It goes faster that way.”

I ended up just buying a Kelly Green Supreme beanie. Kelly and her co worker could not have been more helpful with the shopping process, highly recommend JOF.”
