Im a contractor, i do a fair amount of renovations. I bought from this store on Derry st before. I brought paint samples in. Homeowner wanted Sherwin Williams. They didnt match the colors very well, when I brought it back to fix it, they charged me for their mistake.Today I started a job for a client who had Sherwin Williams paint on their metal Bilco doors. Paint was peeling all over. and it was put down 17 years ago. The homeowner gave me a can of primer that matched the color grey of the paint, and 2 gallons of surface paint grey, and said its 20 yr warranty, they will replace the paint for free. I took it in. A guy named Ryan told me because they dont make the primer anymore, he will not give me primer for free. He gave me white primer, would not mix it to the color grey, and its watery primer, very light. Ill have to put down several coats, It cost $48.00 for cheap primer, that should have been free.Buyer beware. If you buy paint that has a warranty, and they stop making it in 3 years, and on the 4th year the paint peels up, they wont warranty it, because they dont make it anymore. I will never purchase another item from this store.

I just called to ask a question and the female that answered replied that “she’s super busy!” Last time I worked retail NO ONE CARED how busy we were in the store! Customer service was always first and FOREMOST! Well- we are certain living in different times today! SW you just lost cool points and I won’t be doing business at this location any longer. For the record dear, there’s an ARTICULATE way to say these things so please brush up on your work etiquette and professionalism!
