the lady over the phone was very rude. took a while for someone to answer the phone for a store thats never too busy and always has staff lounging around….id recommend going to Ulta across the street and avoid this place!!! or go to a real Sephora, not a Kohls sephora lol

The lady that helped me's name was Urmila! She helped my daughter find her lipgloss and was very kind while checking out! I very much recommend this location!

Jenae is absolutely amazing from the 1st time I went in there she has been so helpful! I went in there to get makeup for a cruise and she helped me find the perfect shades, taught me to apply it all. If for some reason I had an issue she would help me find a better product. Each time I’ve gone in she has helped me build on my look and again helped me find perfect shades and shown me how to apply it all! I’ve been to an actual Sephora store and they weren’t near as helpful as Jenae!
