Spent quite a few months at this location being treated for what started as a leg Infection but grew to much more.Couldn't have been treated by a more wonderful and caring staff of medical professionals. I know that they treat all of their patients with the utmost professionalism and devotion. I couldn't have been in better hands.

Terrible care. My father was left uncomfortable and in pain. Staff was rough with him. Doctors didn’t seem to understand how to manage him. The few staff (nurses and doctors) who were competent and caring can’t make up for those who didn’t care if he was suffering. Avoid if possible.

My son was there and got the worst possible care he could have gotten. No therapy like he was told. I would not recommend this place at all.

My good friend ended up in this facility. She barely survived surgery before entering this acute rehab where she was very poorly treated. So much so, she had bed sores filled with fungus and showed signs of neglect. She described rough treatment and was given food she had been told she wasn’t supposed to eat. She was placed on a potty chair and left there for a couple of hours. She is in a different place now and getting the help she needs to get back to her home. This place needs to be investigated. My friend will probably follow up with a formal complaint.

My mother has been at this hospital going on 3 weeks and The care and services are the worst I've. Experience in a long time. A male nurse that would not give his name answered the phone with "yo". When I addressed how inappropriate that was, he laughed and then hung up. Called again and he hung up again. Ashley at the front desk also hung up after I asked for the supervisor and yes at that point I was loud. However she got emotional and hung up.please don't take your love ones there.

Absolutely the worst place you can ever place a loved one. My family made the mistake of transferring my grandfather here from Hershey about a month ago due to COVID-19 and pneumonia. At first it was horrible. The room was absolutely disgusting, the nurses were horrible and not doing their jobs, and very rude and had no answers to any questions my aunt or father had. He got moved to a different area on the floor and the staff got alittle better after contacting someone higher up but it shouldn’t have taken that much to get them to do their jobs. They are nurses, they should learn to care better for their patients. My grandfather was finally removed from the hospital and into a rehab, and the rehab had to send him to the ER bc his catheter wasn’t changed or cleaned the whole month he was there and they were worried about an infection. Horrible experience.

My husband was a patient at Select Specialty for about 2-1/2 weeks. I worked in a hospital for 20 years so watched good nurses at work and I consider the nurses at Select Specialty Hospital to be the best. That said I would like to say that Sandra was an exceptional nurse. Jasmine, one of the CNA's was excellent as well. Jeff, the Resp. Therapist did a great job as well But a special shout out to Marasia, our cleaning person, who could not have done a better job. After sitting in another hospital watching the poor cleaning job they did it was refreshing to see someone so good at her job. And she was pleasant as well. Also a big thanks to Jenn, his case manager, who worked hard to get him home! I would recommend this hospital to anyone, the care was excellent!

My brother ended up here for 1 month due to COVID filling all facilities that were closer. Thankfully I was able to make the 4 hour drive to witness a nurse giving my brother an injection without gloves, the hand sanitizer empty and his urine bag overfilled! No communication from doctors, no one that worked there could ever tell me what doctor managed his overall care! This was a huge setback, glad I was able to get him out!

I haven’t even had an opportunity to get to my mom yet, but I have received four phone calls within the first few hours of her even being there. They seem very caring and compassionate, and totally invested in her. I think I’m going to be happy.

I HAD WRITTEN A BAD REVIEW LAST WEEK IN REFERENCE TO MY HUSBAND'S CARE AT SELECT MEDICAL HOLY SPIRIT HOSPITAL.WHEN I SPOKE TO THE CEO WHO CALLED ME IMMEDIATELY THE NEXT MORNING AFTER INCIDENT, HE TOOK CARE OF THE NURSING ISSUE IMMEDIATELY!!! I WAS SURPRISED HE CALLED AND LISTENED TO ME. REALLY LISTENED. AND I HAVE MUCH RESPECT FOR HIM GETTING THE PROBLEM RESOLVED ASAP. THE REST OF THE NURSING STAFF HAS BEEN GREAT. AND THE CASE MANAGERS CONSTANTLY IN CONTACT WITH ME. MY HUSBAND CANNOT COME HOME TOMORROW BECAUSE OUR CENTRAL AIR AND HEATING SYSTEM IS BROKE. AND AS A 100 PERCENT PERMANENT AND TOTAL DISABLED VIETNAM VETERAN, THAT IS OUR INCOME DUE TO ME NOT ABLE TO WORK FOR LAST THREE YEARS TAKING CARE OF MY HUSBAND, PATIENT ROCCO SIMMONS. SO THEY ARE ALLOWING ROCCO TO STAY IN HOSPITAL UNTIL WE CAN PAY FOR THE NEW SYSTEM. I AM INDEBTED TO SELECT MEDICAL. I MET SOME VERY KIND AND CARING PEOPLE.AGAIN THANK YOU JOSH AND YOUR STAFF FOR CARING NOT JUST ABOUT ROCCO BUT ME ALSO.

Okay, my mother was transferred here from Hershey Hospital on Wednesday. I was able to finally able to see my mom earlier today. In the first 15 minutes with me being there, I'm having mixed feelings about this place as far as the care that will be given to my mother. The nurse walks in the room to start checking her vitals and the nurse didn't even introduce herself, no hello, how are you, nothing. It seems like the nurses have attitudes or they seem like they don't want to be there!!! It's called a job/career for a reason!!!!All I know is my mother needs to be getting the right kind of treatment to get better. This is all I want!!!
