I don't understand some of these reviews. I've never had a problem with this bank. They are very Courteous , respectful and engaging. This is probably the only bank that I've ever dealt with where they actually make you feel like you are genuinely important ! ! And to be honest I've had this feeling in every one of the local branches in the Harrisburg area love them!! Best bank ever!

This bank shows no respect which is there whole slogan. Called in friday due to a fraud transaction. Even had the company who did the charge on the phone with me and the bank. Told me everything was good i had nothing to worry about. Now today that money is gone and they are telling me there is nothing they can do even though i paid them a fee to make sure it didnt come out. Scam artist at there best.

This bank is ridiculous. I did a test. Do i took out way too much money and over draft my account and they charged me for fees. I did it again after a deposit and charged again which im not concerned. I get another deposit and tried to do it again and was denied because of not enough funds. So im trying to understand is the bank wishy washy and just want money and when they had enough they say there is not enough to cover. So is its a scam to get more money and then finally say it cant cover. Just saying if i have a 100 dollars and try to take out 300 it should say no you dont have enough. Instead of giving it to me and charge fees. Then say no when i do it since i dont have it. Just cut it off when i dont have money or give me the money and let me get the consequences. Obiviously it feels like a set up. Pick one.
