Carts were available during this trip. There were lots af great deals on multiple items. There was only one person checking items in cart as you leave so the line was backed up. They should have atleast two staff members checking receipts to keep the lines flowing.

Typically I shop the Mechanicsburg location and have fantastic service. Today I went to the Hershey location for a curbside pickup. After waiting 30 minutes and an additional call to their customer service, a young man came out and loaded my car with someone else’s groceries. Once he realized he’d done that he cursed, unloaded the groceries and went to another car without ever speaking directly to me. I could have gone in, shopped the items myself and been home in the time that I’ve waited for my groceries. Not impressed.

Do not order delivery from this location. They will not deliver, make you tip the delivery driver and not return the money when the order fails to deliver. Instead of giving your money back they'll send you a gift card for the store.
