I was here twice. The first time the guy who replaced my windshield and girl at the front desk were really nice and helpful, but they put the wrong windshield in, so I went set up another appointment and the second time the guy who replaced my windshield was nice, but the lady at the front was argumentative about my windshield having a strip across the top with most of the mopar cars have from factory. Then, when they put in a second wrong windshield. I called into the customer support line, and they connected me with the store and the same lady was there. I told her they put the wrong windshield in again and she said no this is the one you said you wanted to witch I responded no mine has a strip across the top, but she argued with me that this is the one I wanted. I refues to come back to this store even if it means I'll have to drive with a broken window across town or even to another town. Then so be it.

Quick turnaround while I waited for my windshield to be replaced. Only negative was I found glass shards in my vehicle afterwards.

My replacement windshield cracked from the bottom up. This company was bent on taking my insurance and credit card information, after I already told them the crack was their faulty windshield and I won't be charged or they just shouldn't come. But they came anyway and proceeded to contact my insurance anyway for no reason. Over the phone they wouldn't tell me it's their responsibility to replace in this circumstance. And didn't believe me that it was the specific type of damage. The tech told me it was from the heat coming out of my defrost, tried to insinuate it was my fault. Just so people know if it cracks from the edge it's their problem not yours. And that the glass they use is not as good as factory glass.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tech missed putting on cowl parts, I got made out to be a liar. Manager said they would order parts but made it perfectly clear it was all my fault. Tech even mouthed off to me. Very unprofessional. Judging by other reviews, seems like a common problem at this location. Highly doubt I will hear about my parts.

The front desk associates were extremely rude. We had to reschedule and when my wife showed up she was scolded for “missing her appointment”. They said they called to let us know they moved our original, rescheduled time but we never received a call, voicemail, email, text message or anything. 2 stars because the windshield looks great but will most likely not go back to this location due to how unpleasant the front desk was.

Fixed my windshield and yes I had to go back for warranty on a trim piece. On my car it is a known issue for that to come off, so not surprised. They coordinated with me and were knowledgeable. Reception staff is great. Waiting area has tables to let me work from. I was very happy.

Had my windshield replaced here and while changing my oil in the car I noticed that some of the cowl seals weren't put back in the proper placement and I'm missing all but 1 of the body clips in the cowl panel. Also my windshield washer tubing clips were broken and not in the proper location. Real shotty workmanship

Mechanic was much more respectful than the window clerks. I had a few questions for them, and the mechanic provided me with the exact answers I was looking for. The window clerk looked at me like I had 7 eyeballs. All I wanted to know is how large of a crack is repairable and if mine would fall into that category. If I needed a whole replacement, I'd pay out of pocket instead of going through insurance. Why the mechanic knows more than the clerks about billing is beyond me.

This is not a review for services rendered by the local business, but rather the inability to actually contact the local business itself. The local number connects you to a national automated phone system in which you enter into an automated hell from which you cannot escape without just hanging up. I tried for at least 10 minutes to work my way through the system in order to be connected to the actual business location I was calling to ask a very simple question about glass repair to an actual human being. This is not the way to do business. It basically says, “we can’t be bothered with unless you fall into three preselected categories that will guarantee we will make money off you.” The system actually asked how I was paying for a repair before I even was able to ask a question. Ridiculous! I finally gave up and hung up the phone.I guess that “contact-free services” means that there will be no way you can contact them. That’s accurate.
