We recently bought a new washer from Rozman Bros and could be happier with our experience. Everyone we worked with was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They helped us go from a broken down washer at 10 in the morning to doing a load of laundry by 2 in the afternoon. Highly recommend these guys!

Great people to work with. Prices are always good, stuff you buy from them is very high quality, and well build will deliver ASAP if you need it Delivery people are awesome and very friendly. Better stuff then most other stores in my area. We been in our house for 28 years and all our furniture is from Rozman Brothers near Harrisburg, PA. THANK YOU FOR GREAT SERVICE ? ? ?

Wow! What a great store to shop for appliances! We suffered a failure of our stacking dryer on Sunday night, and decided to replace both the washer and the dryer, since they were Almost 15 years old. We went to Rozman on Monday morning, wanting to support local business. We were met by Pat Rozman who took the time to explain the features of the various models, and we selected a new GE stackable set. When Pat told us that we would have next day delivery and set-up, we almost couldn’t believe it, but sure enough, Tuesday morning arrived and the delivery truck arrived with two very polite and professional installers who removed our old units and had the new units installed and running in a littler over and hour! We are very impressed with our entire experience and a big thanks to Pat and crew for such great service, and did I mention that their prices are better than the big box stores - We will be doing all of our appliance shopping at Rozman’s - why go anywhere else?

Rozman Bros was an awesome experience. Quick and painless. Had a great experience buying a nice refurbished dryer from Will Rozman. Supernice and cut me an extra deal and helped me with removing my old dryer. Great experience.

Spoke to Greg to order 2 stoves and a refrigerator for my rental units. I normally dealt with Rozman for my replacement appliances. This time he took my number down and never called me back. I understood it was a busy time (Saturday after Black Friday), so I called again the following week, and he apologized for not calling me back. Greg created an invoice, which he emailed to me later that day. However, the type of range (stainless steel) was not included in the invoice even though I specifically indicated it in our conversation. I replied to the email with the error, and he never followed up. I called the following Saturday, and Greg acknowledged forgetting to correct the invoice. He then informed me that it was my fault for calling him at such a busy time. Two times, the ball was dropped, and I am now being blamed because it was a busy time. I get the message that my service is no longer needed. It was always important to support small businesses but not this one. Customer service is lost, and no attempt to resolve the situation was presented in order for it to be rectified.

My husband and I have bought appliances from Rozman brothers over the last 10+ years and have never been disappointed. Their inventory is fantastic, their prices are comparable to the bigger stores, and their service goes above and beyond. If you have small children, don’t shy away from taking them in with you as they even have a small play area for them to play, too. We recently needed to purchase a new washer, and I expected we would head over to Rozman Brothers to take a look. My husband decided to go ahead and order one from Costco to save us the trip to look at one. Well, after promising a delivery date, it was changed suddenly to a week later, and that did not work for us. My husband went to Rozman Brothers after work, picked out the same washer which was the same price, and they were able to deliver it the next day for free & took away our old washer. Time to catch up on laundry!

I would recommend Rozman to anyone searching for appliances during this shortage. If you are looking you know what I am talking about.They found what we needed when others couldn’t and showed it up when they said it would.I am a business owner and can appreciate the challenges of this pandemic, while still working to provide great products and services for customers.Good Job Guys!Extra thanks to Will for his time on the phone and in person.
