Hi have known Roy and Maria for many years now and I have bought multiple vehicles for myself and my daughter here. I have never had a problem with them, they have fair prices and work with me. I have definitely recommend them and will continue to do so.

I bought a Honda Accord 5 months ago and I’ve had nothing but problems. The first day I had it the break cable fell off. Then the week after I had to take it to a car shop bc of a scratching noise. Come to find out a sway bar long wasn’t attached along with pieces that were supposed to be mounted together were zip tied together.! Now today I have a flat tire and couldn’t even get the cap off So I could put air in it, had to have my father in-law Come try and get it off and he couldn’t get it off bc the cap was GLUED on.! Would not recommend at all.!

My (perfectly functioning) car was totaled and I needed a car ASAP, I went to Roy's to check out one I saw online and wasn't convinced after driving it, he suggested another older but much more solid car to me, I bought it that day and have been driving daily since, it is a very smooth ride to this day. Roy was helpful and professional throughout and I got a trusted vehicle from them.

The only reason I'm putting 2 stars because yes they are nice people I bought my first car from them a 2005 Honda Accord no major issues until the end of the 2nd year I owned the vehicle so then I figured I'll just trade it in. On 2/23/19 I bought my 2009 Toyota Camry from them because I was comfortable to trust these people however I reported to them multiple times that the car is just sucking the oil up I would get my oil changed and within 3 weeks my oil light would come in && I had to keep putting oil in it every two weeks && they always told me nothing was wrong with the car I reported that the check engine light was on and was told not to worry about that because it was something “Minor†I'm 25 years old and know absolutely nothing about cars && before I purchased I asked them if it's a good traveling car && was told it was ..so yesterday 6/24/19 I was trying to take my daughter to her grandma and the engine blew while we were literally driving on the highway in Richmond Virginia thank god I managed to pull over we were stranded for 5hours my 4 year old was so hot and miserable and I just felt helpless I called lakeside auto then managed to get ahold of Roy and he basically told me there was nothing they can do and that if I (a 25 year old single mother) could buy the engine he'll replace it for free ..on top of that my car is still in richmond Virginia && he basically told me I was just beat out of the 3,900 now I have no car and back to square one

Went to buy car advertised on Craigslist for 3800 and they tried to swindle me with the sticker price; saying that 4000 was the lowest they could go saying they have already knocked money off the price for me. Vehicle was disgustingly dirty with obvious no attempt to make any effort to clean it. Advertised as a v6 was not mileage was also higher then advertised.

Sold us a car with blown head gaskets. Also, airbags were disconnected (illegal) because wrong seats are in it. Asked them to make it legal and safe and he said he didn't care.
