They know me and others in the surrounding neighborhood that frequent this location. It connects people in the neighborhood. Very personable, patient, and kind all around.
Regular purchase - Thrifty's Vanilla ice cream! You must try it! Fabulous!

Riteaid Pharmacy is the worst! They are lazy , they have elderly folks waiting forever at the counter b4 even seeing them. They dont answer calls.

In these days when customer service is a forgotten art, the pharamist team at Walnut Street remain stupendous. They are kind, knowlegable, understanding and patient. Truly appreciate their reassurance at a time when needed. Go out of my way for your store. THANKS

Anyone ever realize that every purchase you make is always an even amount? That's because instead of asking if you want to donate they automatically make you. This has happened at every rite aid I've ever been to for the last few years. I just want to know why it's okay to just assume every customer wants to donate. I've contacted the BBB with this information. Stop taking advantage of people. This company is stealing from it's customers DAILY and it's simply not right. It's not specifically at this location but this has happened at every location. I only found out this was happening because ONE TIME someone asked me if I wanted to "round up my change" and that's when I realized that's why every single transaction I've had at rite aid has been rounded up without mine or anyone else's consent.

This is my favorite Rite Aid and I give five stars after encountering your young Latina manager (if she is not a manager she should be). Anyway, everytime I entered the store I am impressed with how pleasant, helpful and hard working she is always stocking keeping the store clean and in order. Unfortunately I never got her name. (They call her JoJo) Great job in hiring her.

I use the pharmacy mostly but the facility is always clean & the employees are helpful. As for the pharmacy (like any other place people call off for whatever issues) on these days they'll be under staffed & you may have to wait a little to pick-up or drop scripts. Overall they're great! The pharmacist & staff are respectful & very kind. If you ever have questions about your medicine don't be afraid to ask the pharmacist, he answers mine everytime!
