We went there in hopes to find a nice starter table and chair set for my son and his fiancé. We were able to find a very nice 5 piece set and took it home the same day. The customer service there was exceptional. I will return in the future.

Went to R & F looking for counter top stools. Didn't like any of the in stock items. Christina showed me more stools on the computer. I chose one model and ordered (3) stools.

Disappointed that there was no mention of sale of 33% off.Advertised next day delivery, waited a few days. Plus, was told needed $5 more for a free delivery so salesman told me to purchase mattress pad. Turned out it was $99.00 Delivery guys were great.

We had an absolutely terrible experience with this store. We ordered a sofa to be picked up at the store. When arriving we were asked to go inside and up to the second floor just to let them know we are here to pickup, even after calling in and letting them know we were on our way. After that you drive around back. The sofa was pushed onto our pickup truck quickly in the original manufacturers packaging. We were told to sign and on our way we go. After unloading and unpacking we notice there is damage to our sofa. Long story short of many many calls back and forth we were basically told that we signed for it, even though we were never given any opportunity to look it over. After talking with corporate, mind you this is after about 3 weeks. They finally okay an exchange if we pay for shipping and pickup.When the guys came to do the exchange they got dirt all over our white carpet. While on site we talked to the delivery manager and he told me they would have it cleaned. Guess what, never heard from him again as promised. Asked me to take pictures and that he would text me from a number that I can send them to. Never heard from him again, go figure. I would recommend that they only back their product if you pay their very high delivery fees and add on their expensive warranty. Never again, that's for sure!

The salesman was very pleasant and helpful. He answered all our questions and helped us every step of the way. We are very happy with our furniture choices; no second guessing. The furniture we purchased also came with guaranteed delivery within 3 days. That's fantastic.

Rodney was a wonderful help and was very patient as we had a difficult time deciding what we wanted. I didn't feel pressured and he went through the pros and cons with each set of furniture. Would definitely purchase from him again.

Do not buy from Raymond and Flanagan. The furniture looks nice but the quality is very poor quality. I got stuff in the past and it lasted year the only reason I got rid of it is because we wanted to update our living room. We got the protection plan and have been trying to get some to come fix it but they won’t come to fix it just keep telling me I don’t know what happened we will call you back and never do.
