Returning customer here, was in a pinch bought a couple cars from them.
Major electric issues within a couple months of each. Most recently going to replace a starter after less than two weeks off the lot, and being driven less than 100 miles and only started 3 times in my ownership.
This is my fault though, after speaking with them they admitted to Buying Red Cars at the auctions.
Spend elsewhere.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM. they will take sell you cars that are faulty on top of extreme rude behavior and yelling when contacte. These guys are rude as hell. Every time we've tried to call them to discuss issues pertaining to car issues, payments or repairs they either never answer or they full-on talk to us with such a disrespectful tone to the point that they do not even listen to attempt to hear you out. They sold me a car that has issues and did not disclose any. TRANSMISSION, BATTERY, TIRES, BRAKES, AXEL. I HAD TO BUY A WHOLE NEW BATTERY IN LESS THAN 3 MONTHS WITH THE PROBLEM STARTING A MONTH BEFORE OF THE CAR SIMPLY NOT STARTING. I DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG. I JUST HAPPEN TO HAVE VERY KIND MALE NEIGHBORS. anytime i have reached out to them they had been rude, i am actually still in shock that this man yelled at me? like huh? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I literally called them for help after dealing with so much issues. NOW they are saying to me i am the one who ruined the car??? like what. UNETHICAL and will gaslight you on top of upping prices. I intend to go through the legal system, i just dont want anyone having this many issues like i did. Be careful when people have something to gain they will be nice otherwise.....VERY i cant believe it. GIVING 1 STAR IS TOO HIGH. IT IS 0 STARS. And now they are saying to not contact them again.. UNBELIEVABLE.

RAUL AUTO IN HARRISBURG!!
Poor DJ thought he was getting a deal but in reality this poor kid has sunk over $2k into this car and now the battery (which was supposedly brand new) died and they will not help him at all when he called and asked about it. Just lie after lie! Shame on them for selling a car and saying it has no problems when it very much did!!!

Bought a car from here and 2 months later, my check engine light came on. Needed a new catalytic converter. Once that was “fixed” the light never went off and only had the car for 2yrs. Had to get so much fixed including a new transmission. I finally got rid of it when it broke down and was told it would cost almost $5,000. After all that happened, I was asked where I got the car from and didn’t hear great things. Shop around!!!

I wanted a used but super clean car. The pictures and description online were accurate for the car I purchased from them (unlike lots of other used car lots). The salesman, Chris, was informative on the phone and very courteous in person. Any question we had, he answered or said he would get the answer to if he didn’t immediately know. The price we paid was good for the year/mileage/condition of the car. Would definitely recommend !!

Horrible experience, your better off going to a junk yard, they employees will lie to you and tell you the vehicle is in good condition and they cared for it and after driving for about a week the vehicle will show major problems and they will do nothing about it, they will tell you they’re better than buy here pay here but in reality they will have you stuck paying a loan more than double the amount of the vehicles cost!! Avoid especially if you are elderly or a woman!!!!

Not happy with the vehicle I bought I couldn't test drive it before I came to get it next day.I was told if anything was wrong with it they try to help me with it. Well I made them aware of issues and mechanic called me saying it was as is buying it they didn't service it so how can they sell it to someone w issues so they traded it towards a vehicle to whoever traded it in but didn't look it over so basically they took my 4 grand to give me a problem vehicle by law they can't do that in pa it falls under the lemon law after we hung up I called my attorney and District judge who has given me some options on how to handle this. Being they didn't seem like they wanted me help me I'm going to do what District judge said to do. If you want to avoid issues with a vehicle don't buy from them
