I showed up during stated business and collection hours and nobody was there. I could get in the vestibule but the inner door was locked and lights were off. Also they state to call ahead but I couldn't get ahold of anyone for days. Luckily I could get my deadline reset by the employer but this could really mess people's lives up who NEED AND ARE ORDERED to get these tests done on a tight timeframe.

I needed a drug test for a job application ASAP. I was able to get an appointment the next afternoon, and my results were back within 20 mins after my appointment. They are quick, polite, and courteous!

So i call the day before and could not get through to any 1 as i had a random drung test for school and needed to have it done before a certain time, so because i was unable to reach anyone by phone i drove the 45 mins the next day. when i got here they are closed. On the web it said 8 am to 4:30 pm. The saloon next door states they are not here everyday they are only open about 3 times for the week. there is no sign on there door that states than. completely unprofessional.
