I like shopping at the rainbow store uptown bcuz they play music I can relate to it's soothing to shop with familiar songs playing out loud, but the rainbow on the hill plays Puerto Rican music loud and it's disturbing, bcuz for one we are not in Puerto Rica we are in Harrisburg Pennsylvania and majority of women who shop rainbow in Harrisburg are black, so if u want our money you will have to accommodate us, we won't have it any other way, that's why I don't see ppl goin in and out of the rainbow on the hill like u do the rainbow uptown, plus Harrisburg is predominantly black and imma hillgurl so I need my beats that I can relate to while I'm spending my money, ( I spend more when I think your accommodating me) AND I LUV TO SHOP!!

Love Rainbow.I own spas, and I don't require a uniform, just solid color clothes.I buy clothes here because of price. There have been many times when I managed to get product on clothing the very first time worn.Many products like massage oil, maks and body detox ingredients can be very difficult to remove if not treated immediately.I'm not too upset knowing I only spent $5-$7 for shirts or $10-$15 on pants.The Rainbow where another of my spas is located didn't last long. I was very happy to find out there is one close to my location, here.

The Dm of the Rainbow in the Harrisburg Mall is arrogant has no regards to anyone feelings and just disregards them like there nothing . He is very rude and doesn't give of any type of customer etiquette. I believe someone who has this type of attitude does not need to work in customer service let alone be a DM because I was taught no matter the person is rather male, female nonbinary young or old everyone is to be treated with respect because respect is earned not given. I was taught you how to give respect to get it and if you don't give respect to someone else how can you expect them to give you respect back just food for thought.

honestly I've been here twice. the first time the service was great. the second time, not so much. I would honestly rather order online, which I'm going to do for now on. they don't let you try on items. I explained to them just last week I was there the items I got were to big. my fault I walked out of the store with them so I didnt even bring them back. they told me I wasn't allowed to try stuff on. and they were non returnable as well. wait what? anyways. let's skip forwa

Many options.that are a little more towards the younger junior crowd. Not many options that are available online are found at this store. Needs a little more inventory with solid pieces that are trendy but also versatile. Many patterned or brightly colored things that are not too versatile. More plus size options would be nice too.

Absolutely the worst place on Queen Street in Lancaster. This store hides their policies and refuses to return any clothing even with the original receipt and tagged me mechendise. The staff is rude and their manage is well trained in tactics of deflection and noncompliance. One more store destined to close for cheap shotty closets and extremely poor customer service.
