Brought my truck in for a coolant flush and they straight up just didn't do it. Go to change my water pump and it's got all the stop leak and sludge it had when I bought the truck. Definitely won't trust this shop with my vehicles.

During a cross country road trip I was in a car accident just outside Harrisburg and was in dire need of a trust worthy mechanic to help get me back on the road ASAP. Even though I called at 4:55pm and the closed at 5 they took my call and said they could help me out the very next day since I was in a crap situation. 8am the next day my car was in the shop and by 11am they had my CV axle and wheel all fixed and road worthy. These guys are caring professionals and I highly recommend if you are in need and in the Harrisburg area!!!

On the way taking my son back to Penn State from Baltimore my car broke down in Harrisburg. By some miracle I pulled over right near R&S professional auto repair. I called and spoke with Americo. Told him my car wouldn’t turn off and stuck in park and was calling a tow to get my car to the auto shop he manages. I told him where I was located and within 5 minutes he pulled up to help me. He was able to get my car in gear to get it back to the shop and evaluated it immediately. Told me it was a software issue and needed to get it to a Volvo dealer. He helped facilitate that and then let me wait in his shop for the tow truck. Truly an angel to stop what he was doing to help me I don’t know what I would have done if he had not come to my rescue. I will be forever grateful!

Bought a car from here and 2 months later, my check engine light came on. Needed a new catalytic converter. (edit) Purchased car from inside their auto repair shop, so I decided to get the catalytic converter fixed there. They “fixed it, wasn’t fixed, so they sent me to a dealership. The dealership said something was loose from the parts being put in and charged me $200. Told R&S and they said they would give me half back, I argued that it was their fault for not putting the part in correctly. They did give me the full amount and told me that if it comes back that it’s not fixed, they wouldn’t work on it. Obviously never went back

They helped me out when my car broke down 60 miles from home. They sent a tow truck and had it repaired in a few days. It was a major repair so it wasn’t cheap but I feel their price was fair. Kept me updated along the way. Runs great now. Thanks guys!!!!!
