Juice taste nothing like it describes. They don’t carry other juice selections other than there own and horrible customer service when I was in.

Bought a very cheap vape from here. Wasnt sure how to use it and even after they showed me how it i decided i wanted to return it because i could certainly find something better. Had the receipt and bought it less than 24 hours before and they would not let me return. There is no reason for that at all since i was just in and have my receipt. This is a thing most stores typically allow…not too crazy but you obviously need every sale you can get so whatever. But wont ever be back

Juice was watered down. The juice I bought was mid labeled. Pushing too hard for mandates that aren’t laws especially for a vape shop.

Working the area and decided to stop in to get some juice. Purchased peach nectarine. Pawn beeping it realized it was not peach nectarine but instead of peaches and cream and had absolutely no nectarine flavor. Took it back to be replaced, ask them gentleman at the counter to smell it he said he was unable to touch it do the covid protocols. I asked if I wipe it down and a bacterial wipes can you touch it then? You proceeded to smell it and tell me that that was indeed the peach nectarine. It definitely was not peach nectarine it was peach and cream and mislabeled. Disappointed in the customer service lack of any attempt to make anything better other than see if I wanted to make another purchase. I work right down the street they got me once they won't get me again.

Four out the past five times I’ve stopped by the open sign is lit, but the door is locked. I understand needing to take a break but when it’s 30 minutes after you open? Maybe I’m missing something. I don’t know but I’m just sick of it.

If you are still smoking cigarettes, give these guys a visit. Here you can get a powerful vaping machine (big- fills your hand) that can really deliver giant puffs of cool white smoke (that exhales as a giant white cloud) and use gradually less and less nicotine content in the juice you put in it. It feels very satisfying, but no "stink". Eventually you will lose interest in the "fake smoke" and you'll stop reaching for it altogether... but it REALLY works to get you unhooked from cigs. The cost to get going is less than a carton of smokes, and is cheap to operate (juice). Highly recommended by an ex-smoker.

Be more detailed about the products. Especially the ratio in your ejuices. I went to the one on Allentown Blvd. They lady wouldn't let me even handle the box to look at and read it. Was very stand offish like I had covid and she was afraid of getting infected. I bout juice there last week and it has no kick. I realized the mix was 20/80 which is not what I wld have bought if I wld have been told that's what it was. Then when another I guess regular customer came in she converted all her attention to him without even asking me if there was anything else she cld do for me. Very disappointed in the non quality of service and lack of knowledge. I come to realize the prices at some these stores are 200xs more then online stores. The same vape I got was 2/3rds cheaper on line. That's not just this shop but others around as well.
