Oh man! I can't even believe I am writing this review but I think it needs to be said. I get we all have rough days. I work full time and I'm a mom. I don't particularly want to be getting bloodwork done right after work while having to take my 5 year old with me. So all that to say, I tried to give this woman the benefit of the doubt since it seemed like she was having a rough one. After she asked me what I was here for, she called me into one of the rooms. It was clear she was training someone so while he got everything ready, she did the chart etc. Right off the bat this woman was ready for a fight. She seemed frazzled and frustrated. So she asks me this question - "have you eaten or drank anything today". I innocently and nervously responded with "Oh I don't think I was required to fast for this blood test". INSTEAD of saying something like "oh don't worry! I just still need to ask" like someone who actually knows how to treat people as a healthcare professional, she stared at me with the nastiest face and asked it again in the most SARCASTIC way "have you eaten or drank anything today". My face went red with embarrassment and I said "oh no! I didn't. I'm so sorry I misunderstood." And she proceeds to say, again in the nastiest way, "it's a formality question. People ALWAYS want to fight me when I ask that" as if I was trying to cause a problem?! She was not being sweet or just doing light banter. This was attack mode! I said right back at her that I have absolutely no energy to fight with her. I just misunderstood. This happened right in front of my 5 year old son too!! She could have prefaced it or realized that most people would probably answer with that and it doesn't mean they are attacking her or trying to fight?!? The phlebotomist was nice but he really hurt my arm. Hopefully he gets better with time. I'm just SO shaken up by this interaction and hopefully by speaking up about this it can spare someone else from being treated so unfairly and inappropriately for NO reason.

The staff at the Londonderry Rd Quest are super friendly and efficient. I enjoy coming to this location just because they do their jobs so well.

This is my favorite location. Every time I go I am treated like family. I never have bruises or hurt after I get blood taken. I wish I would get the one lady's name because she is everything! Thank you for having such wonderful people.

It was closed when I got there. Everything online shows that it was open and it even let me schedule an appointment. Wasted 40min of my time from the drive there and back.

Excellent experience. Helpful staff that care for each other and assist in the waiting room. Wish I had the phlebotomist name to mention her in this review.

Had to go in for a pre employment drug screening. Check-in at kiosk, sit down, and greeted very pleasantly. Both ladies who were in at the time were lovely and made the process very easy and simple. If I ever need bloodwork or anything done at a Quest I'll choose this location.

Not sure why Quest does not have a better rating but it cannot be because of the employees at the Londonderry Branch because they are fabulous! I am difficult to say the least to get blood from but T always comes through! ? %!

My wife is a Kidney transplant recipient,, She knows what a bladder infection is, It's been 5 DAYS ,since she has been there for testing, No results yet They take your money immediately, This place needs to be retrained,and the place that does the testing, It's a shame when you are waiting just for medication so you don't lose your new kidney
