I've had to go to this location twice for pre-employment tests. Both of the ladies are very nice! I told the one lady I was a hard stick and that blood is drawn from my right hand. She said they were out of needles needed for that kind of draw but she was easily able to get blood from my arm which most people struggle with. I didn't even feel the arm draw go in and it was over just as fast, if not faster, than getting it from my hand. Highly reccomended!

The employee was very friendly, kind and it was the most painless blood draw I ever had! Sometimes my veins can be tricky but she had no problem and I honestly didn't even feel a pinch! This was my first time at this Quest since the one I normally go to didn't have any available appointments that day. Even though this one is further away, I would definitely go back!

When I arrived at the lab, all the lights were off which I found weird. The woman behind the desk asked me if I had a appointment and I told her I did not. She told me that they were all booked for the day, and they could not help me. Considering this lab does take walk ins, I thought this was unfair. I looked online and they had numerous appointments available for that day but the woman told me they were closing in an hour and could not help me. There was no one in the waiting room. Considering the lights were off, I'm assuming they just didn't want to work.

I usually visit the Quest in Bucks County where I live. I work at PEMA and this Quest was only 9 minutes away. I was able to get an appointment the same day, the staff was professional, excellent Phlebotomist, friendly and made me feel at ease. This is the best experience I have had with a Quest visit and I will make this my primary stop when needed. Thank your staff for the excellent service!

The process was smooth and phlebotomist was fantastic. I had an appointment for 8:40 am. They took me in right on time. I needed 8 vials of blood drawn for my tests. In the past, I have fainted for a lot less than that. Keesha, the phlebotomist, had me lie down, easily stuck the needle in a vein, and had the 8 vials done in about 3 minutes. It didn't even hurt, and I felt fine. It was seamless. She was also super nice. I was impressed and very happy!

Rude; rushed job, completely bruised up my arm for simple blood samples. Never again willingly return to this very poorly managed place. Deserves no stars at all.

If I could give 0 or negative I would. These “women” are verbally abusive to patients. They take names off the board to make it appear as tho they are on time meanwhile causing them to miss scheduled appointments. And God forbid you question it bc they will SCREAM at you and refuse you service… all while lying about the situation. Others walked out witnessing their abusive, ghetto and racist behavior. I was told, “go ahead and report me, nothing will happen to me”. Corporate complaint was filed. Stay far away from this office and company if this is the type of staff they choose to employ.

I SHOWED UP ONE MINUTE LATE FOR A 12:30 APPOINTMENT AND MY APPOINTMENT WAS NO LONGER VALID SO I HAD TO EITHER BE TREATED AS A WALK IN OR RESCHEDULE.... SAD!

Why bother offering appointments if you are not going to honor them. 30 minutes after scheduled appt is unacceptable.

I had an appointment at 10:40am on June 20th and neither myself nor my doctor has received the results yet.Very unprofessional and caused the recent doctor appointment to be useless.Update: I just got an email from Quest saying they cannot find the test result.

I went about 6 months ago and I’ll just say this lady had the touch of an angel. I never felt the needle go in. She was quick and precise. I wish I could remember her name to request her Everytime!
