The whole experience was seamless. It started by confirming my appointment by text with instruction to click here when I have arrived. Within 3-4 minutes, I was called to the back. Vitals were taken and then I met with my Dr.
No wait process.

The only reason I go to quest is because there is an employee t who is the only one who can get blood from me. I had an appointment and they told me she is not there to.Day.So I asked when she would be there and they told me they couldn't give out her schedule. So I'm going home and I'm going to schedule approximately 40 or 50 appointments This business will not be here In five years people want customer service

I made an appointment online like they want you too. I drive over there just to find out they were closed! Why let me make an appointment if they were going to be closed??? The hours on the door even said they were to be open.

Went in for a pre employment drug screen and the lady at Quest refused to give me a drug screen when I had the paper and barcode on my phone! She consistently refused to scan or type in any numbers to try and help solve the problem. When I called my employer, they said they would get in touch with them and see whats going on. These nurses are pathetic!

Went to get COVID tested, arrived early, signed in, chilled out. They called my name, took me in, told me they had no tests. I’m not mad about the lack of tests, supply chains and high demand I get that. But at least send me an email or phone call so my time isn’t wasted.

My 19 months old baby Dr. send her to the lab here. We had the worst experience. I hold my baby on the chair and another Black lady hold her arm(the black lady's name is Dena...)The lady who do the blood work couldn't find her vain, she did 5-6 times, no blood comes out, my baby girl cried so hard. I told her stop, I don't need the test. The Black Lady started saying that If I don't want to do the test, I need to tell the Dr. I can't tell them to stop. I told her, if I know this happen I won't come. She said "tell the Dr and don't come here, you are nasty" WHAT? I am nasty? I told her she can't say that to me, that's not respect at all. She said" get the FUCK out of my lab" Gee, nobody treat me like that! She even wanted to kick me, luckily my husband holding the baby in front of me. So I can walk out of the lab.

Been trying to get a human and their phone system will not let you ask questions. I'm from out of state and my doctor wants labs but I have no clue how to set it up.

One of the worst quests I’ve been to over the years. Went in for my appt, was a few minutes early, and still waited over half an hr to be seen on Saturday 2.13. She stuck my arm, lost the vein, and dug around for a good bit then proceeded to say that my vein wouldn’t bleed so she had to try my other arm. She got my other arm on the first try but pierced my vein and caused blood to go everywhere. Within minutes, blood had soaked through the gauze. She also cut me with the needles both times she removed the needles causing a line on both arms. I look like an addict. Absolutely ridiculous.

Morning of 2/17/21. I helped a couple of people with their registration since they didn't know how to do it on their own, which is fine and dandy. They were all Spanish speakers, so when the Phlebotomist called out one of their names, not only were they not able to understand her mispronunciation, but one patient got skipped over. We went to see if the phlebotomist would still take the patient in all to be met with, "I call your name... I even spelled it out... I already have someone in..."This is the thing, if you mispronounce someone's name, that's your fault not theirs. And the fact that you spell anything out won't help them either, this is someone who doesn't speak your language after all. Quest Diagnostics is not new to handling patients of foreign origins, so what gives? Had I not been around, this person wouldn't had received the testing that she needed.Patients are people, not numbers.
