Premier Furniture Rental of Harrisburg Pennsylvania gave Excellent Customer Service.February 17th I spoke to Mike about getting furniture. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I was able to get approved in less than two hours and didn't even have to go in store!! Mike sent me photos of different furniture prices etc. It was awesome. And all delivered February 19th. And the delivery men were very kind and patient with me as to where to situate furniture etc.Mike gave Excellent Customer Service and Support on the phone and online. Kudos to you all!!! ? ? ?? ? ? ?

This place have the best stuff members they really treat you like family they work with you and help with what you looking for if they don’t have what you want they have a book and show you what other item they have and they will order it for you and the delivery guys are respectful and very hard working people they will put the furniture where you want it without any attitude. I really recommend this place if you in need of furniture.

Let me tell you I have been with this company for over 6 years I have always paid them faithfully till one of the guys went to another store who was most understanding person I know..I have been very sick and my daughter took over the bill to help and has not got her hours and is starting a second job to help pay this bill off. The manager is a total waste. Owes me knobs for my sons dressers because the movers broke them I have been waiting on for months and still have not received them brought me one to replace it doesn't match never told me his mover was coming unannounced I was going to benefit concert with my daughter that night and getting ready wouldn't take no for an answer that I wanted all of them. Doesn't tell you that your bill is lower then what your paying . I have bought a lot of things from this company because of it being good quality things except for the mattresses that don't hold up my daughters is 3 years old and already lumpy. If I could give this company NO STARS I would they Threaten to take you to court if you are late on your payment. Buyers beware go somewhere else I will pay for the rest of my bill but WILL NEVER BUY from this company again I will go somewhere else. They are loan sharks stay away trust me this place is a waste of your time and money triple the interest...The manager also said he would work with us but turns around and threaten's me believe me if he keeps threatening me and with the things I wittiness with this company there stuff I have will sit out on my lawn.. the only decent person there is the mover he is very sweet.. there is a lot more to say about the management he's not there for you he's out to sell to get all this money from his customers for the company..he will call you dear and much he cares he loves you but really when it comes down to it he's talking behind customers backs..I could say a lot more but I'll leave it at that.. nasty unprofessional company...

Dalton and Marcellus went above and beyond with this delivery . They were on time they put everything together kept everything clean. Definitely will be going back to Premier to keep buying furniture !! Highly recommend

I love ❤️ premier they go up and beyond for you.. they treat you like your family..If you have any issue they work with you.. they manager and employees are amazing.. if you can’t afford to buy your furniture and you need to make payments then premier is the place to go..so go and check them out.. you wouldn’t regret it I promise..

Great place to lease to own, everything is brand new straight out the warehouse. And they also work with you financially. I recommend this place to anyone.
