Is possible for the manager to scan the cameras to see how the current rowing machine was broken?
It seems kinda strange that the whole rowing machine handle and cord is totally gone. Was it ripped off?

I have been asking for several arc machines to be worked on (my machine paused so many times I lost count) 5 of the 6 machines have issues. I was told I needed to talk to the manager. Except no one could tell me when a manager will be there. We have been using the harrisburg location for about 2 years now. It is very frustrating
When we first joined it was great.

Came in today to renew my membership and the front counter guy had me waiting 15 to 20 minutes while he finished his call and other worker walked right passed me and said nothing either for all this I'll never come back and tell everyone their no good

IM LUVIN IT!!! the Atmosphere is superb I get to work out in peace and quiet but I wear my plugs and listen to Pandora while I work out....I highly recommend it

UPDATE: I got beef with Melissa Love the assistant manager or whatever her name is. She really told me I couldn’t cancel over the phone and to come in to cancel. So when I came in they told me it was already canceled last Wednesday… home girl rlly out here harassing people and wasting their time for what….
My recent visit to Planet Fitness turned sour when a tall white blonde hair male employee harassed my friend and me with inappropriate remarks, making us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Despite our attempts to ignore him, he continued to follow us around the gym, exhibiting creepy behavior that left us disturbed. Feeling uneasy, we left, unable to focus on our workout. NOT a safe place

My time at this gym recently has been terrible ! About 4-5 months ago it was great, New management took over and this place is a zoo now ! Very upsetting as this is the closest gym to me

Are you aware of the homeless in the parking lot? Not a good look for the area.
