The nurse Melinda that works at the Strawberry Square location is everything you want in a nurse. She’s kind, reliable, and intelligent. Each time I needed assistance with something she was helpful, knowledgeable and actually listened to my request. I am happy to say I have never encountered a more trustworthy medical professional. I can only wish there were more like her when it comes to assisting patients with their concerns. Thanks Melinda love you!

My children and I have been seeing Judith for years. No complaints. All the staff are super helpful and kind. She is honest and to the point. Wealth of knowledge.

Do not trust this Doctor’s office!!! please! Doctor Judith and management staff are all liars. They sent me for a CT scan for just a kidney stone and told me it was authorized by my insurance and referral dept. confirmed I would have no out of pocket charges and a month later, I got 3 bills for thousands of dollars. When I called them again and again about this issue, they lied and said we never told you anything you had to check with your own insurance, because we don’t contact them for you. Even thought the referral Representative said she checked with my insurance and said I would not have any out of pocket costs because it was an emergency need. Then when I called about the billing issues, they discriminate because I am a man of color and said “don’t come down here to make no trouble.” I spoke with their Director and he said he would help because his staff was wrong and he just told the billing dept. to call us to discuss repayment plan. This is the worst Dr. office I have ever been to in my life. They purposely screw you over even if you have a little health issue so you can be hit by thousands of dollars of bills and end up in debt. They all lie and go back on their word and keep screwing patients over. BEWARE OF THIS DR. OFFICE!!! I don’t want anyone to end up losing their savings and being slammed with bills they can’t afford because they lie to you!
