Incompetent staff! When asked cannot explain specifically how Child abuse CE is transmitted and received to their PALS. Had CE provider resend Child Abuse CE to them several times to no avail. No one at office has a solution or cares enough to try to find an alternative way. It’s their system not the CE provider.
