Poor services. Call phone number, have to listen to the messages multiple times and still cannot get a real person to talk to. I left a message after putting the call in twice. Doubt I get a call back. This is a business to business customer.

Well I’m a former employee on suspension, reason because I was trained wrong from the associates they believe are good but are teaching bad habits. Like throwing product in the trash that are expired or credited back to the company or give it away. I gave some product away thinking I was promoting and not stealing. Now I’m being canned because I was be nice and was taught that through there vets they have their working for them. Communication sucks and leadership sucks. Don’t work here unless you’re tryin to get local experience. Please for the life of me don’t listen to anyone that is training you and you feel there doing wrong! Report it please cause the good guys get screwed!!!

They need to use their brains a bit. I checked in at 7am for an afternoon delivery appointment but was told there are other trucks before my appointment but they are still not there so was told to wait in the truck for my appointment. As my appointment came so did all the trucks showed up and now the receiving is running behind. I was there when they weren’t unloading anyone and Now we’re all waiting. It’s like 2+2=5 for them. smh

Driver arrived at 9AM. Appointment was at 10AM they give him a dock at 7:30PM they finish unloading the driver 10PM. Driver waisted entire day and miss the next load appointment. It’s took 12 hours to get the driver unloaded. If you coming to this facility know that you going to lose a lot of time.

AMAZING COMPANY!!! overall but specially in this plant management is deceitful with their ways including in HR in house as well as sr HR overseeing PA Region…. I put my blood, sweat, tears in a company that’s totally amazing just to let new management in this facility that took over 2 yrs in a half ago to have their way with me for whatever ego trip reason they have. They think they can break their policies and federal laws and get away with treating people however and so forth etc…..because they know their own will take there side whether their in the right or wrong or not lol I guess that’s the perks being in “MANAGEMENT ”and being part of the cult… I suffer extreme amounts of mental anguish I gain over 50 pounds and I’m financially unstable I have horrible amounts of ptsd of working a job again. the mental warfare I experience with this managment, quote for quote - what’s done in the dark will come to light ? in some form or fashion and lastly it’s not the company that looks bad it’s the people in position of power in this facility that gives off the perception to the employees and people that it’s a horrible job “MANAGEMENT” so much more that meets the eye.

I don't know about all of these bad reviews but I picked up a load from this place yesterday Appt time was @ 3pm I got there @ 2pm checked in with the guard shack the guy was really nice and told me I may wait 1 hour to get a door he called me at 2:48pm telling me a door is ready I was happy but felt kinda bad for the trucker who had been waiting for a while even before I got there but he was delivering there is more than enough room to maneuver for backing into dock and it only took maybe 45 minutes to load me the shipping guy was really chill overall I had a great experience I was worried because I read the reviews before coming

Don’t know about the inside but guard need to be in a good mood especially in the morning not even a sun came out and he is hot already, appointment is off 8 am there at 7:15 just don’t know the rules to check in according to guard I’m early for my appointment by Jeff to wait for his call may I feel little weird behavior but it should be better may God bless him and all my fellow drivers
