I was in and out in under an hour. From the front desk clerk to the physician, the staff was sympathetic and friendly. I will use this urgent care facility in the future and recommend it to family and friends. Thank you!

Here’s an updated review:
“I had a terrible experience at Patient First. Not only did I have to wait over three hours to be seen, but one of the staff members was also incredibly rude. They seemed irritated when I asked for an update on the wait time and didn’t offer any helpful information. It’s disappointing to be treated poorly when you’re already unwell and frustrated with such a long wait. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful, timely care.”

I liked the check in system, it was fast and easy. I also appreciate the wait tracker to get a better idea of when you’ll be seen. The staff was lovely.

Good place to go. wait time was quick physicians listened to me and gave me what I needed. I always go here if I have something concerning that needs looked at!
