I have use this vet office for over 20 years and we have had some ups and downs but I must say that recently the girls in the office are doing such a wonderful job of dealing with patients that I must highly recommend them. The vets have always been wonderful but occasionally the staff was not as friendly and they have turned everything around and are doing a super job.

Called for an emergency appointment as my cat hasn't been eating or using the bathroom much and is losing a lot of weight. They wanted her to wait over 3 weeks to be seen. Got her into another place right away and it's really severe. Glad I didn't wait for her be seen here! She may not have even made it.

Everything is OVER CHARGED. My pregnant dog didn't get the care needed yet I was still charged almost $300. And they could have cared less if she died during delivery and if the puppies died. I should have switched YEARS AGO. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE unless you like paying double and having your pets being seen as $$$$ signs.

Front desk staff professional and kind. Saw a male vet at appointment with our two dogs. One small and one large breed. Vet told us small dogs teeth are wonderful and large dog has two loose teeth and would require blood work at $169 and anethesia and possible several teeth out with plaque removal at another $1000 estimate.opted to think about it. Found out later that at last appointment my mother was told small dogs teeth were cavities and he needed work she never did. So she doesn't think the larger dog has a problem now either. Just be wary before doing dental work here. Perhaps they are just recommending unneeded work?

This vet office only cares about charging you the most amount of money rather than actually helping your pet to find the root cause of an issue. It "might be this" but charges you over $750 and have TERRIBLE customer service. Do yourself a huge favor and do not bring your pet here. Dr Brady & Dr Migliori are fantastic. However, the remainder of the vets and the front desk associates make it miserable enough to never want to go back. I'll never give them my business again.

Poor response time. I called on a Saturday and wasn't able to get a response from a vet on a medical concern for my pet until Wednesday. Poor availability. When we called on Saturday about my pets medical concern, I wasn't able to get an appointment scheduled until that Friday. Doctors I've seen are very polite and knowledgeable. However the receptionists were not helpful and very disorganized.

Took my dog for an appointment that was made close to two weeks ago. We arrive and I'm told they have no record of the appointment. So they tell me I can leave her there the rest of the day and when the vet has time, he'll see her. But she needs extra shots that in the 14 years I've had her, no vet has ever told me she needs. Or, I can bring her back in 2 hours, but I'll have to pay an extra $100 because it's considered an emergency visit. They kept asking did I make the appointment online, who did I talk to when I called, etc. So now I'm either a liar or I'm supposed to pay for their error. Really? The only other appointment was in the middle of July, and we are moving. No other options. Called another vet and got an appointment in early July. We're moving, so it's kind of moot, but if we were staying in the area, I would be looking for another vet. They were absolutely no help at all today in correcting their mistake.

So when first going to this vet, I saw the reviews about the wait staff coming across as rude. Being in retail, I have an understanding of them trying to be quick because they are busy. I felt they could improve at customer service, but not too much of a big deal. The doctors do really seem to know their stuff. A LOT better than the last vet I used. So our cat had a lump we went to get checked out. We were given two options. Basically a $200 test or a $600 surgery. Because of the price, we just decided to get the surgery. A few days prior, we get a call saying we never brought her in for her bloodwork. Well, we were left under the impression everything was being done at the surgery. Why would only a surgery appointment be set up when another appointment was needed prior? So they charge $200 when we take her for bloodwork, and are told that is part of the cost from the estimate we were given. So then on surgery day, they try to charge $1100! For that price, we would have had it tested first and maybe we could have avoided the surgery. The lump did not cause our cat any discomfort of anything so if it was benign, the surgery could have been avoided. But now, we are already partially invested in the surgery when we get the $1100 bill so we are stuck taking the expensive option. Based on the results of the cheaper option, we may have avoided the extra cost and the stress on our cat. Again, the doctors are not the issue, but the customer service aspect is.

Dr. Migliore gets 5 stars. Reception gets 0. You need to call from the parking lot when you arrive, and the staff will come to your car. If they are on the phone with someone, there is no message or busy signal, the phone just keeps ringing until it gets to 25 rings and then hangs up. It took me more than 3 attempts at 25 rings each to get through. When I complained to the girl who answered, she told me they were busy. I said they need to explore other phone options and that this was my first experience with them. I didn't have a good first impression. She told me that if I didn't like it, I could go elsewhere. Apparently they need customer service training, in addition to a new phone system. Once again, Dr. Migliore is excellent, and for that reason ONLY, I will continue to go there.

Extremely disappointed with this vet and will be exploring other options! Very sick puppy but they were booked solid and refused to see my puppy. I have spent over 1500 with shots, visits and spading and they could of cared less about my pet. They gave me advice and said if my puppy wasn't any better to call back and they would get her in. I did two hours later and Ashley was rude and nasty. She was short with me. The phone lines are always busy. They keep saying they are short handed etc. so I will find a different vet who cares about my pet. They are also extremely over priced compared to other places! Ashley sorry to say but your aren't customer friendly and you just cost this practice a loyal customer!!

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Clements and Dr. Hann for years, in fact when they first opened their practice in Palmyra. They are great veterinarians. I understand Dr. Clements retiring, but my disappointment was when he sold out to a corporation. The corporate had loss the personal touch and dictate what the doctors are to prescribe. I know its the law for rabies, but to vaccinate a 10+ year old indoor dog or cat! You cant even walk in the door unless you agree to have your dog vaccinated with the influenza - which by the way is not recommended by the private owned veterinarians. I love all the veterinarians there and disappointed at the corporate changes and after almost 30 years, I am now in search of a new veterinary for me pets. Good luck... as I know they have lost many of their clientele due to the changes.

This practice was sold to a corporate entity. Original owner retired. As such they employ young veterinarians who are paid a salary plus commission. Their prices and desire to run multiple tests is reflected on the exhorbitant bill you will receive. For example, an overnight stay for a cat is $182 per night. What they do not tell you is that if you take your sick cat to the Colonial Park location, it will be transported with other sick animals to the Palmyra location -- causing it undo additional stress. In addition, the veterinarian who saw your pet will not be actually caring for you pet. So when you call for an update, they will have to call to get an update because they have zero firsthand knowledge. Basically, you're paying a very inflated amount of money to have your pet undergo even more stress and receive very little care or attention. After 2 horrible experiences, and never having been told they were even associated with the Palmyra location, let along my pet would be transported there, I wish I could give a negative star rating. When they ran behind for the day and never got to my pet, I was told that if I did not want to be charged for another night, I would have to drive to Palmyra within the next 2 hours and pick him up. Epic fail in almost every area.

Kind, wonderful staff and vets. Took care of our kitty like it was their own! My favorite is the cat and dog separated waiting areas .

I have been taking my 3 cats here for 3 years, and while never overly impressed, I was never completely dissatisfied until now. I called concerned my elderly cat (16-18) was dying, I was given a same day appointment but had to ask about euthanasia and costs. They charge $67 for an office visit right off the bat, then where the bill goes from there, you have no clue. Dr Clements saw my cat for all of 3 minutes, this included asking me questions while he roughly handled her. He told me she has GI problems & needed blood work & medicine, picked up my cat and started walking out the door. I was reeling, no explanation of what was really happening or choices of care given. I could hear my cat crying from another part of the office, still no idea what was happening. I had to complain to the tech and ASK for the vet to come back & explain what was happening! He reluctantly came back in, come to find out my cat isn't dying, they gave her meds for the immediate issue, & that $200 bloodwork was to determine underlying disease. I can't afford to treat any chronic illness, and wouldn't allow my pet to suffer, untreated. This should have been explained in the exam room & options given, including costs. Further, they wouldn't accept their own coupon for the office visit, because my appointment was for a problem, not routine visit. The cost is the same, and exam the same. I didn't have an emergency/after hours visit. Lastly, I had to ASK for them to apply their multiple pet discount to my bill, despite them knowing I have 3 animals they treat. This is just unacceptable & I feel like they take advantage of people concerned for their pets, swindling to make a buck. Just go somewhere else, and get recommendations beforehand!!!
