This shop overflows with colorful bottles of laundry detergent, boxes of cereal, and Jesus candles. Plastic-wrapped packages of Boar’s Head meats and cheese are stuffed into a refrigerated case, along with cartons of eggs, perfectly ripe avocados and packets of Philadelphia cream cheese.

Always has the best beer from NYC and NY state breweries like Other Half, Brooklyn Brewery, and Bronx Brewery. This used to be the go-to spot for this big dude from the block we called "Radio Rahib." He was always walkin around with his boombox blaring that Public Enemy song "Fight The Power" and he would drop by once a week to buy 20 D-batteries.

The cramped space, decorated with Christmas lights and Dominican flags, is the meeting point for many immigrants searching for products from their home island. There’s El Far coconut cookies and yun yun, the D.R.’s version of a snow cone. Anyone who comes here to buy Guarina saladitas or Ranchero liquid seasoning hears the sound system blasting melodies of Cuban guitarist Eliades Ochoa and salsas by the Venezuelan Óscar D’León.

They get a daily shipment of H&H bagels - my favorite is the pumpernickel with raisin - but be sure to get there before 10 AM because they go fast! One day two punk kids same in and shoplifted some 40's. One messed around with the cashier, while the other stuffed 40's from the fridge into his cargo pants pockets. To add one last insult to injury, as they walked out, they also swiped two oranges. Ever since then, Casper and Telly aren't allowed to shop there.

This NYC style bagel café and deli is fantastic and just what downtown Harrisburg needs. I stopped in for my third visit on 4/27/2018 at lunch time looking for some great food. The staff and service team here are awesome – they are literally the most sincerely friendly and helpful people providing excellent service that just makes for a great experience and puts you in a good mood. My choice of a Lox and Cream Cheese Bagel with tomato and onion was apparently very popular that day – literally two other people ordered it right after I did. I ordered mine on a poppy seed bagel with some truly great fresh Hazelnut coffee. The café and deli have a fantastic selection of high-quality sandwiches and bagels while bringing a much needed, true NYC style deli. This is a great spot to start your morning right or have great relaxed lunch.
