“I don't understand some of these reviews. I've never had a problem with this bank. They are very Courteous , respectful and engaging. This is probably the only bank that I've ever dealt with where they actually make you feel like you are genuinely important ! ! And to be honest I've had this feeling in every one of the local branches in the Harrisburg area love them!! Best bank ever!”

“I recently checked out this branch instead of my usual, and let me tell you, the customer service there was off the charts! The staff was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They genuinely wanted to help and made me feel like a VIP. The branch itself was well maintained and felt very welcoming.What really blew me away was the personal touch. The staff took the time to understand my needs and gave me tailored solutions. Whether it was opening an account or sorting out my questions, they went above and beyond. I left the branch feeling taken care of.The whole place was set up to make things easy-peasy. From the layout to the speedy transactions, everything was designed with customers in mind. They even took the time to explain all the different banking services in a way that made sense to me.All in all, my visit to the Santander branch was top-notch. The customer service was out of this world, and the convenience factor was through the roof. If you're on the lookout for a bank that treats you like royalty and makes your banking experience a breeze, I can't recommend this branch enough. “Oh my wowzers... I had the best experience at Members 1st on Eisenhower Boulevard in Harrisburg. It started when this really kind man opened the door for me. His chivalry was so unexpected and so wonderful! Then I was immediately greeted by a lovely woman named Camilla who helped me take care of a pressing financial matter. I needed $1,000 in cash converted into something that was as good as cash. She helped me determine whether a money order or a cashier's check was a better fit for the need. The need was for a mother who lost custody of her children after experiencing post partum complications. She was behind on child support payments and this $1,000 was needed to keep her out of prison. If you ever want to do some good deeds for someone, consider calling Dauphin County Domestic Relations and asking them if you can pay someone's purge amount, so that the paying parent can continue seeing the children. Furthermore, consider getting your money order from Members 1st on Eisenhower Boulevard in Harrisburg. Lastly, consider asking for Camilla. “Of all the times I've gone to this bank branch, there's only been one teller open. And there always seems to be at least one or two people ahead of me in line. Transactions here are not that quick or efficient. I'm actually surprised this bank is even able to stay in business at this location. Never busy nor adequately staffed. Must be cheaper to finish out the lease than close and buy it out. Who knows? I really only come here to make work deposits so I can't speak to any of the other services other than waiting in line for a teller. I know this is a small, local bank, and I try to support local businesses, but I don't see an advantage to banking here. Perhaps I should look into their lending department and see what other services they have to offer.”
