Mark Nice handled my son's new wheelchair measurement, order and delivery. Honestly it was the best experience we've had since his injury 5 years ago. Everything exceeded our expectations down to the quick delivery date.

I gave them a script for a new scooter/power chair back in Oct or Nov of last year. The end of Jan, Chris finally came here to talk to me about a new chair..we put in an order. He said I should have it in about 12 weeks...not hearing anything from them, the beginning of June I called and asked them where we were at with this chair and was told they sent the paperwork back to get another signature on May 31. So, got the chair delivered to me on Thursday June 27. It broke down on Sat June 29. Brian came up on July 3rd...Looked at it, ascertained what the problem was. I asked him about a loaner until it gets repaired. He said he didn't know if they had one to loan out said he would contact the office. I told him him I had things planned for on the 4rth and that chair was my only means of getting around. Well, needless to say, my 4rth was ruined by a BRAND new flipping chair. Now, here it is July 8th, I have no means of getting around. I'm trapped within my apartment and a broken power chair is taking up valuable space in my apartment. Not at ALL happy about this company.

I originally asked to have the chair I owned repaired. But I guess they make more money from selling new chairs. So they sent Mark here. He's the local guy for Harrisburg PA. I told him I didn't want a new 1. But he continued to measure and take notes. He brought the chair. I told him I didn't like it. It's to big to fit through my kitchen. When i passed the stove . I hit the burners and turned them on . I turned around to turn them off. Well here i hit the buttons on. But not enough to ignite them. But seeping gas. So it could have made my house blow up or cause death to sleeping people. I called the local number over 24 times in regards to this chair. I even said I'd like to return it. I asked every time I called to have him call me. But of course it didn't happen. So on 5/21/24 I was told the manager was going to call me. Well I haven't recieved the call yet on 522/24 . So if I get hurt they'll have a lawsuit on their hands. To be honest I'd rate them at a - 20 if I could. I guess they have no idea what good customer service is. They've never returned any calls.

Poor communication skills. Does not respond to emails does not respond to voicemails. I should’ve had my chair by now considering my fitting was 7 months ago. Now we’re nearing the end of the year, my insurance still hasn’t received anything and My chair probably won’t go on this year’s deductible. Meaning, I’ll have to pay a ton of money upfront. I’ve expressed this to them multiple times and yet apparently some third-party billing company is to blame. I even know someone who went to here and worked with the same people, and had an amazing experience. I myself work in customer service, and would never treat clients like this Especially considering We rely on them to improve our quality of life. Even if it’s not good news, you still need to communicate. It takes one minute to call someone with an update.

Ijust want to take the time to thank Holly C. for all the hard work she put into helping my special needs grand daughter in getting her new power chair Holly is pleasant and great to work with. We had an issue before about my grand daughters old chair and she fought hard to get it worked out. Its great to know that there is good people out there who are dedicated to do whats right once again thank you Holly and conyinue the fantastic job bob aka pap

I was greeted and treated extremely well by Holly who made my first time experience a great one. She was knowledgeable, listened to my needs and wants and showed me exactly what I had in mind. I have not received my scooter yet but hope the excellent customer service continues to follow through.

Woefully inadequate level of communication over the course of 6 months waiting for a wheelchair for my disabled father. If you enjoy being ignored and wasting your time then by all means use this company. Otherwise go elsewhere.

I have not heard back regarding my power chair order. At first they sent my information to the wrong insurance. A very nice lady did get back to me and I sent her my insurance information. I have been waiting for over 3 months. I would like a status of where we are in this process.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! No one ever calls u back about anything and then they just cancel ur order or string u along forever, if u dont want a terrible time getting things, then find another provider cause this place is the worst place iv seen in over 20 years.

worked with mark m., kevin, holly, and valerie, to get my new manual wheelchair, and they have all been PHENOMENAL. my first ordered chair wasn’t quite right, and they made it so easy to send that one back and order a new one with the modifications i needed. on pick up day, kevin made all the adjustments i needed (center of gravity, rear seat height, etc) and showed me how all the removable components worked. i was sent home with a chair that fits my body perfectly and has everything that i need. any time i need maintenance or need a new chair in the future, NSM will be my first choice!

I gave them a running scooter on March 27. It went in for new motors. It came back and died within one hour. They still have it for 29 days I’m a prisoner in my home. They refuse to communicate with me. They said one part was waiting. I offered to pay overnight shipping. Tessa who is a problem claims no part number no tracking number.Marc Luft

The service rep that I have in the Harrisburg area is one of the best reps ever… very compassionate and understanding and works with your needs. He is awesome and I would recommend him to anyone as a sales rep for anything you need medically especially a power chair or a manual chair. National Seating Mobiliy in The Harrisburg area is awesome, even just making the phone calls to the office in itself is awesome ..but I give it a five star because of the sales rep that I deal with. And you has been working with me for a very long time. All the reps are awesome, and they fix your chair properly and they get it back to you in a timely fashion, there’s no playing games for sure with NSM in Harrisburg area

I have used this company n the previous owners (CME) for years and am very happy with their performance and reliability. They’re always ready to help me when needed. The only thing is I need a power wheelchair for outdoors also. I love this company and all it’s employees.

I was in contact with National Seating and Mobility for an adaptive bed for my son. The whole team was very helpful and responsive to my needs and the process moved really quickly. The order came within the expected timeframe and the only holdup was papers from my Dr which wasn't NSM's fault, and they sent plenty of reminders for me. Overall, the process was seamless and my tech Mark Nice was very friendly and made sure I was informed throughout the process. Would recommend for anyone local who needs DME!

At this point my chair has been here for several days. But getting them to deliver is the problem! Person in office says I have to sign certain papers before they can deliver! So she says she faxed and emailed them to my Nursing Home PT department, however ever she is always missing pages!! I asked her if I could get the papers signed when they delivered the chair! She told me no that her supervisor said they can’t deliver without the paperwork signed! As of 1/31/2021 my scooter that is being replaced by the wheelchair, has now been stopping abruptly!! So I really need the new chair! I depend on my scooter and now my wheelchair to be able to leave my room.My scooter is over 10 years old and I knew that is was destined to stop working. Now it has!Please let me know when I will get my new chair???Maybe I will change my star rating after I get my chair!By the way it was me through my PT department to inform them my authorization was approved!.
