I stopped by this branch hoping they could help me with a bit of a complicated request. Lily Nkrumah immediately asked me to step into her office and proceeded to take care of everything I needed on the spot. I was pleasantly surprised, considering I did not have an appointment. She made my life easier today with her excellent service. Super nice people work here!

Been a customer before it was Dauphin Deposit. The service with this bank has been horrible. Going through the drive thru is a joke. Nobody in line and it still takes 10 minutes for a simple transaction. Recently lost my checkcard about 2 weeks ago called them immediately and gave them the info. They told me I would receive my replacement card within 3-5 days. Well it's 2 weeks and no card. Keep calling customer service...... Excuses excuses excuses. They cannot help me. They tell you that if does not come tomorrow call us back. Getting very old. Another bank I deal with told me 3-5 days and in 2 days I got my card. Time to take all my business to this other bank.
