I hate leaving bad reviews and I've thought about it two days before doing so.I was so looking forward to this sandwich. Been craving it for a few days. Walked in Saturday afternoon and ordered my sandwich. I told the man three times no onions. I know I said twice that onions make me sick. I pay and go sit down. I know from past experience that getting food isn't fast but that happened next really took the cake. I had been waiting for about ten minutes when a guy came in and ordered a sub. In less than 10 minutes the guy had his sub and was walking out. Now I'm going on 20 minutes of waiting for my sub. The guy I ordered my sub from brings it out covered in onions. I tell him I can't eat onions they make me sick (3rd time telling him they make me sick). I'll make it right he says and walks away. 5-6 minutes later he's back with tomatoes and spices on top. I could still smell the onions but I was going to try and eat it until...as I was about to take my first bite I saw some onions pushed down beside the meat.Untouched I took the sandwich back to the counter and explained that I can't eat onions and I would like my money back. The guy who "made it right" basically threw my money back at me.I will never go back. Mistakes happen but when you're told 5 times (from start to finish) no onions and onions make me sick and you still put them on my sandwich....then when it's brought to your attention you try to cover up to the onions instead of making a new sandwich. Obviously the owner doesn't care if he loses business. Beware of what you don't want on your sandwich or go in the evening when the younger employees are there to help you.

Friendly local spot. Good food for a good price. Would love an option for romaine lettuce but enjoyed the cheesesteak over lettuce!

The best Italian sub I’ve ever had in my life. Also best mozz sticks. Real marinara sauce and they give you two! Fries are damn good too. I walked four miles to get this food. #worthit

This place used to be the best in town unfortunately they have new people working and it’s just not it anymore bread was dry and crusty. Cheesteak was greasy and liquidy. Sad honestly how this place went from a 5 star to a 2 star

Really good bread, I'll be avoiding the bacon in the future, served it cold and it tasted too chewy.

Bread was good that’s the only good partsliver of lettuce equally slivers of meat and cheese 2 slices of tomato and those 2 slices was cut in half this was on a 20 inch sub grossly over priced $20 I think I’ll pass on this sub shop save yourself money ,time and gas.

The food is always excellent here. If you're looking for a great sub (hot or cold) go here first. The atmosphere definitely needs updated, but the food is why you go.
