Jack and his staff provide honest prompt competitively priced auto service. Jack has gone out of his way to take me as quickly as possible. The shop is clean and pleasant. Jack is friendly and helpful in describing and show issues. We are glad to know Jack and Monro and recommend them to others

this review is long over due came in for a flat tire I was in and out in like 20 min paper work and all the staff was friendly and fast and performed quality service he even help me out when it came to tires prices and what was available at store. price was a bit pricey but it was worth it knowing it was done correctly.

An unfortunate situation at the beginning of a cross-country drive led me here and I cannot have had better service. Mike and Ron accommodated my emergency need for two new tires and turned the work around in under an hour. Straight-shooters, professional, and beyond kind. 10 stars!
