Orlando greeted me immediately with a kind face. I am so appreciative of his professionalism and genuine care for my dilemma. My phone stopped working yesterday early evening. No calls or texts. I went to the place I purchased it at. They could not help me. I went to the Hbg Mall & Orlando took the time to help me. I'm leaving out with my same phone working!Thanks a bunch Orlando!BLESSINGS

The best, most professional and courteous MetroPCS associate that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Highly recommend going here even if it's out of the way it's still worth it!!!! Wish there was more than 5 stars to rate my experience!!!!

I went there for a sim card for my tablet was told they don't have one for my device .what made it bad was the employee told me to try apply for a tablet and it's free he said . But its not free you make payments on it and he didn't even install the sims card. Told me to do it when I get home. Long story short I was given a defective sims card so no internet. Went back there and other employee act like he didn't know who told me to do it myself it should had been done in-store so I have a extra tablet I didn't need and I was sold something I did not need all I wanted was a sims card

Metro PCS help to me to accomplish all my phone issues. I was very happy and satisfied upon completion. The two Staff in the Store was extremely sweet and they really helped me, thumbs up and I would recommend my friends and family.

Customer service is amazing !!!!! The pricing was pretty good too. It was definitely a lot better than the other store , I had went too before that. I would highly recommend the exact store that I went too. The customer service the previous evening, is what had me go back the very next day. I would highly recommend!

I searched for an iPhone to give my son for his b day for more than a week and honestly called each Metro within 45 miles. Called this location and was told there was a phone. Went to pick up the phone and we were immediately greeted by Mitch. He helped my son pick the right case, took the time to perfectly place his screen protector on his new phone and explained to me the different functions between a few phohes. While helping us, Mitch helped other people walking in and was professional even when the store got busy. My favorite aspect of the trip besides seeing my son smile is how clean the store us. Even though we live 30 minutes away, we will continue to now come to this location for our needs.
