Personal I have given metro chance after chance. I am not a wealthy man and so I went to metro because they preach being the cheaper option compared to T-Mobile the parent company and others. As a loyal customer I shouldn’t be abused and stolen from. I have been asked to pay employees with Zelle I stupidly thought this was a company process when really the guy behind the counter sold me a barely working iPhone that of course I only found out after being able to use it. I was told I could receive a refund and when I went back to get it the same guy names Hasan I believe told me I can not receive this store is dishonest along with the one non gulf gate.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS i WOULD!!!!I WAS a 7 year customer of Metro and I went to this store to get an upgrade. After being told that they didn't have my first two choices in stock, I got the T-Mobile REVVL 6 5G. After all was said and done, I spent around $150.From the moment I got it home it was a nightmare. The phone was a lemon, pure trash! every time i powered it off of restarted it , the android OS would crash, go into a boot loop, and the ony solution was to factory reset. Within 10 days, I was having to factory reset every 3 hours. I looked online and this was a feature, not a glitch in this device. Terrible product! Look it up!I called Metro, they said I was within the 14 day full return policy and to take it to the store. I got to the store, and the assistant that sold me the phone, was extremely rude, condescending, and recalcitrant. She informed me that since they are an "independent" store, they do not have a refund policy, and she said flat out " We will not give you a refund!".Shocked, I immediately called Metro by T-Mobile customer service. After 30 minutes and 2 CS reps later I was finally on the line with a supervisor. The supervisor was apologetic, but sadly she said " nothing can be done", even though I was a " loyal Metro customer for over 7 years"I walked across the street to Boost Mobile and dumped T-Mobile.STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AND T-MOBILE
