The customer service is good while you go shopping, but after you buy they don't talk to you anymore or respond to your messages. Cars also come with surprises after you take them away, damaged things start to appear.

Terrible experience!! Please don't waste your hard earned money or time on this place. Mechanic I'll say is a great guy the only good thing about this dump but the owner is a big liar, worthless fraud trying to get rich off of the junk he sells. He buys more and more car's not addressing or fixing what he already has. It's a shame we trusted this place as we were customer's who came regularly too be serviced, repairs etc too our other car. I'm beyond disgusted with this purchase and definitely will never recommend my friend's or family. If you think his prices are reasonable agree they are but it's because it's too good to be true. Save your money, headaches,stress, frustration it's not worth it, I promise. I hope the owner is shut down can't sell these trash buckets and one day takes what he does to innocent people serious. It's sad that's he's not only risking buyers but also their children or other's who ride in these cars. We've put over $100's into the car we purchased and still can't get it fixed and running. Dumb on my part, never again...

We bought a 2011 VW Routan van in good condition for a good price. As an older vehicle with 131,000 miles, every issue was discussed openly. After we paid and signed all the paperwork, the van wouldn't start. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and fixed it for us at no charge.
