Waiting for DoorDash order since 5:25 it’s now 5:40 .this employee decided to help another employee on their day off with their order request ,sounds like special treatment I was in shock to see how well she wanted her order to be done and yet my DoorDash order sit there waiting to be close that order now is cold .

One of the worst McD's in the Greater Harrisburg Area for customer service.Of course there is that usual "our ice cream machines are down" excuse whenever you try to order frozen items especially on weekends. But that could almost be overlooked if everyday customer service at this location existed at a commendable level. Unfortunately it does not.There is NEVER a "Welcome to McDonalds" greeting from staff when you enter the door. That tells me they are not happy a customer just walked in. Staff normally appears somewhat disoriented, like they have no clue what they should be doing at that particular moment or are waiting for someone else to take the initiative; this occurs whether one customer is in line or when there are multiple customers standing in line. Additionally staff at times can be brusque and dismissive. Is that telling a customer they are appreciated. Not sure that the "It's a privilege to serve you" concept is part of this McDonald's psyche. You hire good people, they need to be trained properly and instilled with a work ethic. Yes "work ethic" is not a bad word and is a valuable asset in employees who exhibit it.

Every time I come to this location their line isn’t really long but they still take forever. They have your food made for you while sitting in line and by the time you get it it’s cold. They are also always out of something that I order. Their fries are never fresh, even if you ask for them with no salt (because you think they would be fresh).

Slow service.Today at 225p. It was awful, more employees walked pass register and out door than. Helping the customers standing in line, even the manager going out door to post office instead of helping customers. Drive thur full almost at ordering poles. Really just close it down its terrible. No teamwork. That's Mt last time going there. I didn't stick around to order. I went to Burger King
