Bentz is the most highly educated and experienced personal trainer I have ever experienced. I absolutely feel myself getting getting stronger and healthier with each training session. I came to Bentz because I was losing hip mobility due to the passage of time (I'm 74). My goal is to stay out of nursing homes. We work on core and posture doing exercises I have never done before such as half presses, standing presses, squats and many more that I cannot remember the names of. Bentz works me hard, makes me sweat, but does no harm — I just get stronger. I will never compete in the York Barbell lifting contest but I do enjoy pain free agility.

I have been to personal trainer's before, but Max Fitness by far has given me the best results, since they not only offer personal training, but a nutrition program to encourage a healthy lifestyle with eating rather than just a diet in order to lose weight. I lost 50.4 lbs in 6 months and went down 3 jean sizes and I do not feel terribly restricted or hungry. Bentz and his other personal trainers are very enthusiastic, give constant encouragement and are extremely personable. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get healthy and feel great!!

Wow! What a great personal trainer. Bentz is knowledgeable and professional. He tailors your workout to your needs and has your session planned in advance--nothing haphazard here. However, he is flexible and will alter his plans when your needs warrant it. I've been coming to Bentz for several years and would recommend him and Max Fitness to anyone seeking to better their health. Thanks for everything.

Just started going to classes and I love it. I'm by no means at an expert fitness level, but I am able to follow the exercises(at my own pace and weights). I definitely feel like I am getting stronger and better in just the short period of time I've been going. Bonnie has been great in helping me with my technique and learning new moves. I would definitely recommend Max Fitness if you are looking for a great workout.

This gym is a rare gem where you get support and camaraderie from both the coaches and fellow gym members. I highly appreciate the emphasis on a drug free and natural approach to fitness. On top of everything, the costs for classes and training sessions are better than the industry standard, you definite get the value from your money here. As a customer for almost two years, I highly recommend this gym!
