Brandon was exemplary in terms of customer service. We were only looking for a mattress for our guest room. Our budget is not for the high end products but he was still very accomodating and gave us transparent details of the products in the store. I applaud that in him. The entire buying process just took us less than 30minutes including the time we went in the store to look for what we need. Free delivery too! Definitely will come back in this store for any mattress needs.

Staff was amazing! Dave and James gave us all the attention we could possibly want. Truly an exceptional experience!
To add to this, we went back as we had to make adjustments to the original order. Again it was stunning service! So much so we are looking to purchase another bed and would not consider anywhere else!
