Update*
After posting my review Dario (the owner) contacted me and offered to pay for half of the engine repair in return for removing my negative review and signing a disclosure that stated no matter what happened to the car in the future I wouldn’t’t post another negative review anywhere. I couldn’t agree to those terms, especially since while the engine was being repaired it was discovered that the car needed a radiator too. I wonder how many people have accepted hush money in exchange for help with repairs. I think you all deserve to know the risk you are taking if you purchase a vehicle at Masic Motors.
Run away as fast as you can!
I purchased a 2008 Subaru Tribeca here at the end of March 2024. When it was still within the 30 day warranty, the throttle body needed to be replaced. I called and spoke to The manager and he told me he would call me back and never did. I had the throttle body replaced myself.
Now, without any warning indicators or lights, my son was driving the car and the engine started clanking. There was no Oil in the car nor are there any oil spots in my driveway so it was not leaking. My mistake for not checking the oil on a car that was purchased two months ago and spent over two weeks in a body shop getting the throttle body fixed.
This place is selling junk. Now, I’m either out a car, or have to pay the $5000 to replace the engine.
**Addressing the response from the owner:
I hate that I have to waste any more of my time on you, but I would hate to have you lying to your potential customers. It cannot be more clear here that you are grasping at straws.
1. I did contact your business about the throttle body and was told that the issue would be looked into and I would be called back, which I never was.
2. A tow truck was never sent to pick up the vehicle, I never requested one, and you never sent one. You must be thinking of another tow truck you sent for a different POS you sold. Also, while we initially thought that the car ran out of gas, it was a malfunction due to the throttle body. The funny thing about a throttle body is that while it is in a partially functioning state, it will prevent the car from starting until it power cycles/resets itself and allows the car to start until the next time it malfunctions and then it will eventually stop working all together.
3. The accident is not relevant to the mechanical issues as he was struck on the passenger rear.
4. The car spent over three of the eight weeks we owned it prior to the engine blowing in a shop due to the accident and throttle body. No one would think to check the oil level on a car that they just purchased and was assured had just been serviced. The car has still not been neglected to this day and continues to need repairs. Since writing the additional review, I have had to change the rotors and brake pads on the car which had severe warping…
5. The vehicle was driven 1,518 miles within a ten week time, not within the initial 30 days.
6. I mentioned that you offered to help, but it was hush money as you required that I sign a disclosure stating I would never post another negative review. Also, while I do perform my own regular maintenance, I should not have to change the oil, spark plugs, or any other regular maintenance component within the first two months of purchasing a vehicle.

Stopped by Masic Motors today while in the Harrisburg area shopping for a truck. Stumbled across a very nice ford truck on the lot. Mirza was the first person that I spoke to and was very easy going and understanding. All vehicles on the lot were in great condition and staff was very knowledgeable about where the vehicles came from and the history. The process of purchasing a new truck has never been easier. I would highly recommend stopping by if your in the market for a nice new ride.

This First car dealership I have been to where there is no one in your face while you’re checking out their cars. They were very polite and available to help and answer questions but they let me check out the cars and test drive as many as I needed to find the one that was right for me. At no point did I feel any pressure throughout the process.
Mirza was very open about all the cars and was very helpful throughout the process. Obviously he has to sell but he seemed very genuine in our interactions and was also very available.
Overall, I had an excellent experience buying a car from these guys. They seem to care, were true to their words and went out of their way to adress any issue that came up with the car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

Bought a 2007 Chevy Equinox for my mother. Mirza was very easy to work with. Unlike many dealerships, there was no pressure to buy a car. We looked at a few options - test drove the Equinox - and were left to discuss what we wanted to do without the pressure of an overbearing salesman trying to tell us why we should buy the car.
The car, while used, is in really great shape - recently inspected. I feel like we got great value for the money paid and I would definitely shop here again for a used car.

He was honest and never tried to push me into anything I didn’t like. When I need another used car this is the only place I will be going!

After going to a previous dealership and experiencing horrible customer service, coming to Masic Motors was like a breath of fresh air! As soon as we entered, we were greeted and seated. Not too long after, we were able to test drive the vehicle we purchased. They were VERY professional, integral, and kind. We will be doing business with them again in the future!
