Absolute disgrace trying to call this place and get someone to answer the phone. You must loose thousands of dollars a year cause you're too cheap to pay anyone to answer the phone. You need to reorganize look at your company to see who pays your salaries. 6:10 seconds on the phone and no one answered. I would give you a zero rating if I could.

Lowe’s is one of my favorite stores, especially during the spring and summer. It's well organized, clean, and friendly employees willing to assist customers.

Has a great selection of outdoor plant and landscaping stuff. If you go way in the back, you will find bags of gravel & paving stones as well as a good selection of grass seed. Towards the front and outside are their perennials and annuals as well as 3 colors of mulch.

The gentleman in the lawn and garden area was very helpful with explaining the lawn mower I purchased. He even loaded it on a cart for me.

The store itself is fine if you know what you are looking for and shop ahead on the app to see where it is. The staff seem to be uninformed and uninterested in actually assisting customers. There was an employee stocking the hardware shelves and I inquired if they could help me find something. He replied that he didn't work in the hardware department but would call someone who did. I asked the employee who who showed up about the availability of a 1/4-20 X1/2 in screw. The employee responded that they had no idea what that was and that if I didn't see it, they don't have it. Later on the same visit we went to the garden center looking for clover seed. There was a staff member looking at his phone and I asked them where we might find any and again got the response that if I didn't see it, they don't have it.

Would give a zero star if they system would let me. One of the worst experiences we have had as a family. Purchased a kitchen appliances with all items having different lead times which is understandable due to the global supply chain issues we are all facing. Our first delivery was the dishwasher. Lowes missed the divert day no call no show. Next day their customer service team told me to call their third party logics team to find out what is going on. I was like that's is your job to find out where my purchase is not the customer. Then the following day they closed my order as delivered. After 4 days of frustrating discussions the corp lowes team finally got a hold of store management whom contacted the next day to tell me the order is on back order!!! I canceled the order and still waiting from my reimbursement 10 days later...The next item was the fridge and this one came no issue. The following item was the stove which had a confirmation delivery date for this Saturday . No communication from the store and another no call no show from the delivery team. After long and frustrating calls they inform me that the delivery is pushed back a month. I canceled the rest of my orders for my kitchen renovation and was handled professionally and straight forward by Home Depot. I expected better treatment for an almost 10k order. You have lost a long time customer lowes. By the reaction of you store management team, you and your teams could give a $&!! less. When you stop caring about great service to your customers is the first sign your doors are closing.

Horrible customer service. Horrible delivery services. I am taking the undamaged and damaged items back today for a refund. This is the absolute last time I will go to Lowe's. I am shredding the credit card and will never step foot in there again. This is the Harrisburg PA Lowe's. We ordered $2000 of flooring and a fridge. Multiple boxes were delivered ripped open and damaged and the fridge was also damaged with a very large out facing dent along half the door. The delivery drivers were clueless and on their cell phones the entire time. I tried to refuse delivery but they would not take it back. I No one ever answers the phone at the store. After multiple trips it was supposed to be exchanged out today but of course it did not get put in the truck. A manager was supposed to call me this morning but "was very busy" so I had to call them to be told they will not be here today. Everything is going back for a refund and I will stick with Home Depot from now on. I see there are many bad reviews so I am sure this one will not go anywhere but to whoever monitors this page... Lowe's is not so big that customers do not matter. Edit to add: When returning everything 2 Lowe's employees watched my husband struggle to get the fridge off the truck and quite literally just stood and watched him.

Lowes delivery service is terrible. They called as a reminder that They would deliver my appliances between the hours of 8 to 12pm. They called at 3pm and said they were loading the truck. I informed them that I had been waiting all day. They said they were not sure what happened. But they would be there asap. They arrived at 530 pm. No explanation. The delivery people said they were over worked and tired and wanted to quit at that very moment. They said they had not prepared to take appliances up 2 flights of stairs. At that point I told them to just leave the items on the first floor and the contractors would take it upstairs. Lowes must do better. Customers can choose to spend their money elsewhere.

Will never buy appliances from Lowes. Their contracted delivery people don't show up, don't call, lie & give you the runaround when you call them. Lowes is well aware of the many problems yet continues to use them, to the detriment of customer experience. Just did a full return of all goods & services without a word of apology from any Lowes staff member. They simply don't care, it's obvious. Home Depot is no better.

John Murphy who works at this store is the most disrespectful person on the planet. He yells and curses at his customers. He refuses to help you all while telling you how stupid you are as a customer. John needs to be fired for his actions. I loved shopping at this store but I will never go in again until John is gone... John was so disrespectful towards my wife for just asking a simple question all while calling her names and mocking her.
